
What we’re about
Hello everyone,
This group is an invitation to both breathwork and mindfulness.
This is for anyone who would like to reduce stress and anxiety, and regain their calm and focus in a world that never stops. The mindfulness is based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s curriculum, we will practice formal meditation, body scan, yoga movement, being aware of the feelings, thoughts and sensations and last but not least, becoming aware of our emotions via the mind and body connection, which helps us better respond to difficult situations in our life. The breathwork is conscious connected breathing, allowing is us to let go of whatever is stuck and gain clarity.
