Saturday Night Drinks @ HotClub!!

Details
Hey everyone! Hope you all had a good Fourth of July! There doesn't seem to be much going on this weekend downtown from what I can see, so let's just keep things simple for our event this weekend. After so many scorcher days, a couple drinks by the river sounds like a nice reprieve. I'm currently sitting in my office without AC since it's been down since the thunderstorm last week, so if it stays that way all week I may enjoy more than a couple haha
If you've never been to Hot Club, it's been a long time institution in the Providence nightlife scene. Don't worry, it's not an actual nightclub like the name may suggest. It has more of an elevated dive/neighborhood bar vibe that's a must visit in the warmer months. Located along the Providence River, Hot Club has a ton of outdoor seating. Their deck is their best feature, since you can catch some breeze coming off the water. However there's also picnic tables out front if we can't claim a spot there. As I write this it looks like there will be no rain on Saturday, but there is indoor space should the weather turn on us.
When it comes to drinks, Hot Club can make pretty much anything so long as you don't go too fancy. Hot Club sports three bars. The two bars inside have the largest sections, with the largest bar being your best bet if you want something super particular. The deck bar has a lot of options but is limited on what bottles they have on hand. You shouldn't have any issues getting a drink even if the bar is busy. Outside of cocktails, Hot Club has tons of options. They have a solid selection of beers on tap, canned cocktails/seltzers, wine, cider, and pretty much anything. Don't worry, you'll find something to drink lol There's even jello shots.
Hot Club also has a kitchen if you come hungry. We'll post the link to their website below if you want to look over their menu.
Once the group gets a little antsy and wants to change things up, Hot Club is short walk away from plenty of spots. Fish Co. is down the street and is far less "college-y" during the Summer months lol Then there's some options on Wickenden Street, or we can cross the Pedestrian Bridge into the heart of downtown. We'll figure it out on the go once we decide to move on.
Please reach out to the host(s) if you have any questions either by messaging directly or leaving a comment below. Looking forward to see everyone then!
