Londonโs biggest film club, built by movie fans, for movie fans. Weโre a buzzing community of movie lovers, indie filmmakers, comic geeks, and creators who live and breathe cinema. From cult classics to hidden gems, big-screen blockbusters to indie passion projects, we just love getting lost in movies.
We meet regularly for screenings, grab drinks after, and rave (or rant) together on our Letterboxd Page. Youโll often find us at our BFI Riverfront Socials โ always a vibe. We stay on top of film news, and our members help vote on what we watch next via WhatsApp or Telegram (unlocked after your first meetup).
We aim to support independent cinemaโwhether at the Prince Charles Cinema, vibrant film festivals, or the BFI. That means we often enjoy special perks, early screenings, and exciting festival trips. From film quizzes to chill pub nights, thereโs always something happening.

๐ Hello guys! If you're a fan of director John Woo or classic Hong Kong action cinema, then you may be interested in joining me for the 40th Anniversary screening of this landmark film, which helped revolutionise action filmmaking around the world.
The film is an emotional tale of brotherhood, loyalty, and redemption set within Hong Kong's Triad underworld. As a former counterfeiter attempts to rebuild his life and reconnect with his police officer brother, he finds himself drawn back into a world of betrayal and revenge.
The film is widely credited with launching the heroic bloodshed subgenre that would define much of John Woo's career.
The Meetup: Since this is an earlier afternoon screening, we'll meet directly at the Prince Charles Cinema Bar at 5:45 pm. The film is at 6:00 pm and I've selected Seat A4 if you'd like to sit on the same row.
After the film, we'll gather outside the screen for our usual Letterboxd review before heading next door to the Victory House Bar for a post-film discussion. ๐ Hello everybody! We are meeting up by the riverbank to watch Olivia Wilde new comedy which is also a remake of Cesc Gay's acclaimed Spanish film The People Upstairs.
The story plays out like a tense, single-location stage play where unhappily married couple face their crumbling relationship during a tense dinner party. After a few drinks their eccentric, hyper-sexual upstairs neighbours make a shocking proposition.
Meetup: Since the film starts early we will meet at Box Office Lounge Area at 5:45. Then at 6:20pm we will proceed to NFT 2 where you will find me in row E5 if you want sit nearby.
At around 8:25 pm we will reconvene outside the screen and proceed to the BFI Cafe Bar, where we will have drinks with a fun discussion and we will also score the film for our Letterboxd. You will find the full schedule breakdown, tickets and addresses down below so don't get lost.

๐ Hi guys! If you fell in love with Wong Kar-waiโs In the Mood for Love, then youโll definitely enjoy his earlier breakthrough film Chungking Express. Itโs got all that dreamy style, but with a playful energy, so come along and letโs talk cinema!
This is a landmark romantic drama was shot during a two-month break from editing his martial arts epic Ashes of Time and is celebrated as a kinetic, stylish, and deeply poetic masterpiece of 1990s world cinema. The film is split into two distinct, sequential stories with both narratives centring on a lovesick, heartbroken Hong Kong police officer coping with a recent breakup.
The Meetup: Weโll be meeting a bit earlier at the Victory House Bar next to the cinema at 11:45 am. Then at 12:15 pm it's a short walk to Prince Charles Cinema (Screen 2) where you will find me in row A8 if you want to sit nearby. At 2:20PM: weโll reconvene for a Letterboxd Review and a Late lunch in China town which is a perfect into this sort of movie.

๐ Hi everyone! One of the things that is to be admired about Christopher Nolan is how he brings something bold and original back to the screen which is rare thing these days. It is also obviously shot entirely on IMAX cameras with a jaw-dropping production budget.
The film follows the 10-year journey home of Odysseus from the Trojan War, facing fantastical threats, while back home his wife and son confront their own trials. This is probably one of the most anticipated films in a long time, especially if you are Christopher fan.
The Meetup: We will be meeting at 5:15pm at the Cineworld Empire Bar & Confectionary (far end side). There will be quite a few of us, so I apologise in advance if there is limited seating please free to approach any of us with ease if it's your first time. Weโll start with some predictions of the film and inside the screen you can look for us in rows F37-39.
