What we're about

Just wondering if there are others in Tucson interested in mushroom cultivation and growing (at home or perhaps at a group run greenhouse) and perhaps even an occasional wild mushroom foray into the mountains after the summer monsoon rains.
I'd like to set up a small cooperative lab to store and expand mushroom cultures that we could grow out, year round.
Don't worry if you're inexperienced, it's not all that difficult to begin.
I've had great success growing here and am hoping others are also interested.

We will be expanding to include some fermented food production, such as kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha etc.. The goal is to have you producing all these foods at home using low tech methods.
