• Free Your Closet Clothing Exchange

    North Capitol Hill

Get rid of all those clothes that don't fit, aren't flattering, or just don't get worn--find something new & fun to wear!
(The event encompasses any kind of clothing or accessories, including bags, shoes or jewelry.)
    Here's how it works:

    1. Clean out your closets and jewelry bins. Shirts, pants, dresses, heels, belts, earrings: any clothes, shoes, or accessories are fair game. Bring with you anything that you don't care to keep anymore. You won't get it back! This isn't about borrowing. Make sure you are okay with letting it go for-ev-er.
    2. At the party, we'll hold up the items for everyone to call dibs. If more than one lady is interested, they'll try it on & whomever it looks best on will take it home. (Yes ladies, we want you to look good in what you're wearing!) ;)
    3. Afterwards, you can go through the reject pile for anything you might've missed, and finish trying things on.
    4. Any items not claimed can either go back to their owner or be donated--we'll consolidate the leftovers and decide who will drop them off.

    You should bring with you:
    • Your clothing & accessories to give away.
    • Snack or beverage to share.
Invite another girlfriend not in the group, if you like! The more, the merrier (and more options for everyone!).

  • Book Club - The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo

    Needs a location

I’ve been hearing such great things about this book, thought I would share it and have a book club with it (mostly to inspire me to get to it and finish it).
Here is a link to the book on Amazon. Author is Taylor Jenkins Reid.

As we get closer to the date, I’ll pick a venue. For now, looking to try to find somewhere in the DTC or near Park Meadows.

  • Monthly Crafting - South West

    Erin’s House

Come out and join us for a casual crafting afternoon in Littleton at Erin's place. Bring your own craft (BYOC): fiber arts, coloring, paper crafts, planners, whatever strikes your fancy!

Note from your host: I have a senior shih tzu (hypoallergenic) dog.

  • Watchhouse with the Colorado Symphony

Boettcher Concert Hall at Denver Performing Arts Complex

Formerly Mandolin Orange, Watchhouse will be playing with the Colorado symphony. Some of the best music I've seen in my life has been an artist I love with the Co Symphony, so please come and share in this awesome and unique event. If you like classical guitar, bluegrass, and stunning melodies, snag a ticket.

This is a re-schedule event from Covid, so the seats are sporadic. I snagged an orchestra 1 seat (D-29-ish) for under $40, so keep an eye out a for tickets. Please rsvp AFTER you have purchased your ticket. Feel free to invite a friend or partner. If you want to sit with a fellow nerd, make sure to purchase your tickets together.

The concert itself starts at 7:30p, I made the event for 6p so we can hit a happy hour/tapas before the event. Once the seats are filled up I'll reach out to everyone to make sure we can find a place that accommodates any dietary/location/avoid because my creepy ex works there kind of places :). We can also snag a bite after depending how the group feels.

    Hope to catch y'all there!
