Pre-hike dinner and drinks in Beacon - 🍽️🍷

The Plan

• We will meet up in Beacon before the solstice sunrise hike to get dinner and drinks at Melzingah in Beacon. I will need to know who is coming a few days before so I can make reservation there. I called and they are good for a large group.

How are we getting there?

• We will be taking the train 7:35pm train from Grand Central to Beacon which arrives at 8:11pm. The take the bus from the train station to Melzingah
• Anyone who can't make that train can take any of the later trains or you can skip it and just meet us in Cold Spring at the start of the hike. Would be awesome is everyone comes to dinner but not required.
• They have an outdoor area so if anyone has a dog you can just eat and drink in the outdoor area.

How are we getting back to Cold Spring?

• We will either take the train back to Cold Spring to start the hike or take pile in cab since it's about 10 minutes down the road from the restaurant.
