Encinitas Beach & Town Walk

Let's kick off summer with a beach walk!! Join us in Encinitas for a morning walk along the beach, with a return through the historic downtown district along Hwy 101.

We will meet at 7:00 a.m. at Swami's Park overlooking the beach. There may be parking available in the parking lot; if not, street parking is plentiful at that time of the morning along K Street. There is a negative low tide around 6 a.m., which will give us tidepool opportunities, and potentially some reflections! We'll head up the beach to Moonlight Beach, visit Dave's Rock Garden, then return via Coast Highway where we can photograph storefronts, murals, and street scenes.

A variety of lenses will work for this shoot, depending what you prefer to photograph. I will probably bring a 24-70 zoom for the street walk, and a longer zoom for the beach portion.
