We believe in the power of connecting with the self, others and nature.
Through free offerings of Park Your Mind, we re-establish the relationship with ourselves and connect with each other to regulate our overstimulated nervous system. In our busy lives, mindfulness, movement, breathwork and yin yoga practices allow get us back in touch with our body, heart and soul.
Accessible for everyone, not-for-profit.
