Relax over a beverage and whatever turns you on at Pourt Coffee, a recently opened Cafe, before we depart around 9:45 or when we finish indulging ourselves.

All fed up and ready to have some fun in the bush? Let's head down to DARLING Mills Creek and let the Fun in the Bush begin.

I've done this walk many times before and can't wait to reacquaint myself with this beautiful natural bushland.

After a surprising dam experience we'll continue on under vast overhanging rock ledges followed by some creek crossings on the Murri-Yanna Track.

At the end of our journey we'll come across Lake Parramatta for a swim then a short walk down to the Tollgate Hotel for lunch to reflect upon our glorious escapades.

If you want an adventure in the bush, a bit of scrambling and a social lunch after the walk then this is what you've been waiting for.

A relaxing day out with friends and new acquaintances. NO HURRY, just enjoy what mother nature has to offer at your leisure.

Last time I attempted this walk we got washed away and didn't finish, not even for lunch. Think I'd appreciate a bit of rain this time, not much just enough to cool us down.

Feeling more alive after our latte' it's time to proceed with a pleasant stroll along Parramatta River walkway as we cross over and under several bridges on our way to Rydalmere for the start of the Ponds Walk.

And what a beautiful walk it is, creek crossings, quaint little footbridges and areas of fern covered tracks give it an almost rainforest feel.
Being in the heart of suburbia it's hard to imagine such a spectacular place to enjoy a commute with nature, absolutely beautiful.

We should be at Vikings Sports Club at Dundas Valley In time for lunch before we vanish into a rainforest area on our way to Carlingford.

Another walk that is suitable for newcomers who want to test themselves with a longer distance (about 10 kms ) but without the effort of climbing hills.

We will finish at Carlingford in time to indulge in a beverage or two at the Bowling Club. Light Rail or bus back to Parramatta after.
