What we’re about
Prague Coaching Club, founded by Alex Martynov in 2018, is dedicated to sharing knowledge and experiences in coaching, psychology, NLP, hypnosis, and related areas. We foster a community of supporters focused on ethical practices and evidence-based methods, intentionally steering clear of any esoteric or non-ethical approaches.
Join us to develop new skills and deepen your understanding of these fields in a supportive, professional environment.
Community Guidelines for Active Membership
To maintain an active, engaged, and valuable group for all members, we have established the following guidelines:
- Stay Active:
Members who remain inactive during a calendar year (e.g., not attending events, participating, or engaging) will be removed from the group.
- Activity will be reviewed at the end of December each year (starting 2024), and inactive members will be removed at that time.
- We want to ensure the community consists of active and interested individuals.
- RSVP Responsibility:
- RSVPing to an event is a commitment. If you RSVP but cannot attend, please update your RSVP as soon as possible to free up the spot for others.
- Failing to show up without notice is considered a “No-Show.”
- No-Show Policy:
- After 3 No-Shows, you will be removed from the group.
- This policy ensures fairness and prevents blocking seats or wasting resources for other members who genuinely wish to participate.
- Respect the Community:
Be respectful and supportive of fellow members. Any behavior that disrupts the group or violates Meetup policies will not be tolerated.
By adhering to these rules, we can build a thriving and engaging community where everyone benefits. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
If you’d like to support Prague Coaching Club, consider buying us a coffee (supporter memberships available per meetup) or purchasing notes from our meetups to enhance your own learning journey.

Coaching skills are essential for managers. Instead of simply telling your team what to do, it's better to tap into their creativity and expertise. By using coaching skills, you can facilitate their thinking and help them develop their own solutions—solutions they are more likely to act on.
In this event, two people will coach and get feedback on how to improve their coaching skills. All others will observe coaching conversations and gain insights into using coaching skills in work-related discussions.
If you are interested in active participation by coaching and getting feedback, please send a message to Alex Martynov and consider supporting the meetup via https://buymeacoffee.com/praguecoachingclub
This session will be recorded.
Everyone is welcome but the aim is to support those who are relatively new to coaching and the focus will be on the basics. - Coaching Skills PracticumLink visible for attendees
