This meetup group is for anyone who is interested in exploring ideas and knowledge about a wide range of topics related to wellness and longevity including mindfulness, self-care, mind-body disciplines, fitness, nutrition, etc.
This is a Reading Based group.
There will be in-person meet ups as well as occasional online events. Members interested in giving a presentation are welcome to get in touch with ideas.
