This meetup is for people interested in sharing and meeting others to discuss and share ideas and knowledge about a wide range of topics related to wellness such as mindfulness, self care, fitness and healthy habits. Other areas of focus include Thai Yoga Massage, dancing and desire.
Monthly online check in events are informal, interactive and non-judgemental spaces to share your relationship to health and wellbeing in a friendly group. Short evening social walks offer gentle exercise and connection.

Although this group started in Reading, it is open to anyone who wishes to join. During 2020 many more people joined from London, Dorset, even Scotland, as online events made it possible to welcome more members.
