How it works:
π§ 6:30 PM β Group meditation (15 min) β we start together, centered and present
πΆ Then walk your distance at your own pace:
5K steps (~25 min) β great for beginners, easy recovery, or a shorter evening
10K steps (~50 min) β the classic feel-good zone
15K steps (~75 min) β for those who want to keep going
No waiting for the group to finish β walk your distance, then head out whenever you're done. Stay and chat after if you want, or just go straight home. Zero pressure either way.
Why evening + meditation-first works:
Starting with meditation lowers cortisol before the walk, so you're not just moving your body β you're already in a calmer state before you start. Evening walks also help work off the day's mental clutter, and light activity a few hours before bed (not too close to bedtime) tends to support
No pressure. No perfection. Just people showing up for each other β then heading home at their own pace.
Bring water, comfortable shoes, and an open mind. All fitness levels welcome.
