What weโre about
This Meetup Group is Sponsored by Brilla Counseling Services
We're a supportive, ADHD-affirming space where women come together to connect, share experiences, and learn practical skills to navigate life with ADHD.
We meet online every Tuesday at 4 PM for one hour. Together, we focus on empowering each other to rise above challenges and embrace our full potential.
What to Expect:
๐ A consistent, safe space with a group of supportive women
๐ Insight into how ADHD uniquely impacts women
๐ Practical tools and strategies to manage daily life
๐ Opportunities to connect, share, and learn from others
Our sessions are peer led and are facilitated by Carrie Bess Whitenight, APCC, and Lauren Dibble, LMFT, an experienced ADHD therapist and founder of Brilla Counseling. Through expert guidance and group collaboration, youโll discover your inner strength and take practical steps toward creating the life you want.
Open to anyone who self-identifies as a woman or who has experienced ADHD as a woman.
This is more than a support groupโitโs a community dedicated to helping women thrive with ADHD. Letโs grow stronger together.
