What we’re about
This Meetup Group is Sponsored by Brilla Counseling Services
We're a supportive, ADHD-affirming space where women come together to connect, share experiences, and learn practical skills to navigate life with ADHD.
We meet online every Tuesday at 4 PM for one hour. Together, we focus on empowering each other to rise above challenges and embrace our full potential.
What to Expect:
🌟 A consistent, safe space with a group of supportive women
🌟 Insight into how ADHD uniquely impacts women
🌟 Practical tools and strategies to manage daily life
🌟 Opportunities to connect, share, and learn from others
Our sessions are peer led and are facilitated by Carrie Bess Whitenight, APCC, and Lauren Dibble, LMFT, an experienced ADHD therapist and founder of Brilla Counseling. Through expert guidance and group collaboration, you’ll discover your inner strength and take practical steps toward creating the life you want.
Open to anyone who self-identifies as a woman or who has experienced ADHD as a woman.
This is more than a support group—it’s a community dedicated to helping women thrive with ADHD. Let’s grow stronger together.

- 🌵 Body Doubling Night – Clear the Dust, Together 🌵Link visible for attendees
A virtual co-working session for ADHD women who are ready to tackle the tasks that just won’t budge.
You know that one thing you’ve been meaning to do for... a while?
The pile of laundry. The messy notes. The email you keep opening and closing? We call these dusty tasks—the ones that feel impossible when you have ADHD. There’s no urgency, no novelty, no dopamine rush—just a dry, mental desert. These are the emails you keep meaning to send, the forms that sit half-filled, the dishes you "could do anytime." They don’t trigger interest or reward pathways, so you avoid, procrastinate, or give up. No one wants to walk alone in a desert. Let's do it together.
Let’s stop trying to power through and start getting things done in community.
Join us for a Co-working/body doubling event—a supportive Zoom space where ADHD women gather to get unstuck together. We’ll kick off with a quick hello, explanation of "body doubling", and go right into 3 25 minute focus sessions with breaks in between.
Bring your to-do list, your half-finished thing, or just a task that’s been haunting you. You’ll be amazed what a little accountability and community can unlock.

Wait—what’s body doubling?
It’s an ADHD productivity strategy where simply having someone present (even virtually!) helps you focus, initiate, and finish things.
It’s not about being watched—it’s about not being alone. Why attend?
✅ Move through resistance in a gentle, supported way
✅ Try body doubling in a safe, zero-pressure environment
✅ Connect with other ADHD women who just get it
✅ Leave with something crossed off your list—and a lighter brainRSVP Here for access to the zoom link and bring your task, your tea, and your whole, beautiful self.
