Wes Rowe of the PopUp turned international phenom Wesburnger 'n More turned PopUP as of last month and Manfred Wrembel a Napa Sous Chef are taking over Tommy's Joint for one night.

Wes Rowe brought his Texas sized and love for beef to San Francisco's Mission district in 2013, but found fame using Oklahoma's smash technique, starting an Oklahoma Land Rush in San Francisco to make burgers thinner and crispier that is still going on.

Now Manfred and Wes are popping up something new at the near legendary Tommy's Joint. I personally have never heard of Hofbrau Fusion, until now. Nashville Hot Wienerschnitzel, Brisket Sauerbraten.. short menu in photos.

Anyway, something This-This is only for four hours, one night, tonight.

the above dishes are $30, Tommy's near Legendary Buffalo Stew is usually around $15, but who knows what's on their menu tonight.

I, personally, may not attend, this is a last minute, last chance.
