The purpose of this group is to provide biweekly yoga classes so x 2 a month and valuable Ayurvedic tips. I’m a Ayurvedic Practitioner and I am professionally trained in Ayurveda. I’m also a Yoga Teacher who specialises in combining Ayurveda and Yoga to elevate lifestyle and well being. These sessions will be hybrid,( online and in person.)
I am based in South East Asia but I am very keen to reach people worldwide especially in London and Europe in the winter months when things are harder with colder weather. Being situated in Thailand I’m lucky enough to enjoy warmth all year round so I want to share my glow through these valuable uplifting regular sessions.
These classes are aimed at everyone particularly pensioners struggling to exercise, young people burnt out from work, middle aged men who want to cultivate a gentle yoga practice and women preparing for pregnancy. They are also aimed at people who want a safe space to be nurtured and to grow in their exercise and lifestyle regimes. I will be offering tips surrounding different kinds of exercises, Ayurvedic body types, Ayurvedic herbs for sleep and anxiety management. The in person session will be in a beautiful room with a marvellous view. I will have fairy lights and essential oils to aid with relaxation. It will finish with an Ayurvedic drink and healthy snack. The price includes the yoga class, my Ayurvedic knowledge tips and everything else I mentioned.
