
What we’re about
The purpose of this group is to provide a monthly workshop and valuable Ayurvedic tips. I’m a Ayurvedic Practitioner and I am professionally trained in Ayurveda. I’m also a Yoga Teacher in training who specialises in combining Ayurveda and Yoga to elevate lifestyle and well being. These sessions will be hybrid,( online and in person.)
I am based in South East Asia but I am very keen to reach people worldwide especially in London and Europe in the winter months when things are harder with colder weather. Being situated in Thailand I’m lucky enough to enjoy warmth all year round so I want to share my glow through these valuable uplifting regular sessions.
These workshops are aimed at everyone particularly pensioners struggling to exercise, young people burnt out from work, middle aged men who want to cultivate a gentle yoga practice and women preparing for pregnancy. They are also aimed at people who want a safe space to be nurtured and to grow in their exercise and lifestyle regimes. I will be offering tips surrounding different kinds of exercises, Ayurvedic body types, Ayurvedic herbs for sleep and anxiety management. The in person session will be in a beautiful room with a marvellous view. I will have fairy lights and essential oils to aid with relaxation. It will finish with an Ayurvedic drink and healthy snack. The price includes the yoga class, my Ayurvedic knowledge tips and everything else I mentioned.
The first introductory session will explain my program for future events and give a flavour of how they may progress. My suggestions can be seen as guidance rather than gospel. It is up to the individual to take helpful guidance and action what’s best for them. No liability or responsibility will be taken in the event they don’t work as these are suggestions only.

This session will look at nutrition through an Ayurvedic lense and provide some insight into different body compositions through the eyes of Ayurveda and good choices for food. It will have a particular emphasis on how fresh seasonal foods can provide us with oujas good energy for our daily tasks. As with the other sessions, it will begin with an overview of Ayurveda, then focus on nutrition the monthly theme, I will then provide yoga poses that aid with nutrition and digestion followed by some breathing techniques and then a meditation probably using Sandscript or Mudras hand positioning to aid energy flow and circulation.

This session focuses on Ayurvedic lifestyle tips in particular reference to exercise specific to your dosha body constitution, Abyanga massage for digestion, relaxation and calm and other helpful tips. The structure will be the same as the previous sessions. This will include helpful yoga postures and a healing meditation sung or spoken in Sandscript. Please join us. Thank you ☺️
