What we’re about

This group is NOT FREE. PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS.
Slow and Steady Adventures is an exclusive membership group. We offer varying membership levels that give members credits to use for events. These memberships can be purchased at any time and are good for one year from the date of purchase.
Our Membership packages are the Trailblazer (4 credits), Adventurer (8 credits), and Summiteer (12 credits).
This meetup is geared towards helping newer hikers gain the confidence and ability to do moderate hikes. Hiking fitness and a boot camp type of training will help participants achieve these goals. Note: ALL of the events are "Credit" events that require the use of "Membership Credits" to attend. This meetup is an offshoot of Slow and Steady Hikers  [https://www.meetup.com/Slow-and-Steady-Hikers/](https://www.meetup.com/Slow-and-Steady-Hikers/)  which is our MAIN GROUP.

CREDIT EVENTS:
Unless otherwise specified, all events in Slow and Steady Adventures require credit. As you were informed when you joined Slow and Steady Adventures hosts mostly paid events.
The benefits of this are guaranteed access, guidance, and a learning experience at every event. The pace will also be slower, with more breaks, etc.
Credits can be obtained on the website as our Trailblazer Membership which provides 4 credits for $179 or our Adventurer Membership which provides 8 credits for $359.
Credits are good for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used for any events or programs you wish during that year. They offer flexibility and choice for the user.
I will do individual credits for $45 each and accept cash payment at the event or e-transfer to [slowandsteady@shaw.ca](mailto:slowandsteady@shaw.ca)
Suggested gas fees for passengers who wish to carpool are extra and vary depending on where the event is.
If you are looking for free events, please join our meetup group Slow and Steady Hikers. It is on Meetup.com here: [https://www.meetup.com/slow-and-steady-hikers/](https://www.meetup.com/slow-and-steady-hikers/)
Thanks, and Happy Trails
