We are happy to extend our invitation to one and all to join the Luxembourg Shivyog Forum events every Sunday from 9.00 am to 11.15 am. Shivyog Forum is a platform of positive and like-minded people, interested in spiritual growth, self-healing and self-awareness. Every week, through virtual videos, Avdhoot Baba Shivanand ji blesses and shares the Divine sacred secrets and knowledge through discourses, guided sacred meditations, chanting of Mantras and Bhajans for overall life transformation. This helps the Forum members to progress in their spiritual journey, in establishing deeper connection with one’s inner being, in ability to forgive and love others, in improved emotional and physical health, mental peace, healthy relationship leading to the awakening and purification of the body mind and soul. If you wish to get connected with the Avdhoota and practice deep healing meditations, kriyas and bhajans that can change your life, you are warmly welcome to become a member and join us! Yearly membership fee is a nominal US$ 50 to be paid directly to India to the Shivyog Ashram but your are welcome to attend the first Forum event free.

Hello Easy Spinners. This event will be on Saturday **28/03/2026.** **What we will do together** **1.** Cycle from Luxembourg gare **(front of Police station)** to Remerschen Youth Hostel (about 32km). **2.** Have a meal at the Youth hostel **(warm dining area inside the Youth Hostel).** Those who wish to do a shorter ride can take the **bus** from Remerschen back to Lux gare. **3.** Cycle from Remerschen to Wasserbilling gare (about 36km). If we maintain an average speed of about 18km/hour and have a total stop time of 90 minutes (including 1 hour meal at the youth hostel), we can finish the ride in 5 hours. **Getting home from the finishing point (Wasserbillig gare)** There are trains from Wasserbillig to Luxembourg Gare every 30 minutes. Also, there are buses going from Wasserbillig to other directions. **What to bring** 1\. Your bike in tip top condition\. 2\. Energy snacks\. 3\. Lots of fluids to stay hydrated\. 4. **Packed food** for the meal at the Youth hostel. **ALTERNATIVELY,** you can **order food** at Remerschen Youth hostel, if we get there before 14:00h. They close the kitchen at 2pm. To **guarantee our access** to the hostel even if their dining area is booked for a private event, I called them, and they said that I should email them to book space for our cycling group. Which I did. So, fingers crossed. **Disclaimer** If you decide to participate in this event, you are responsible for your own property and health. This distance (68km) requires ***high exercise tolerance/endurance/fitness.*** The organizer will **NOT BE RESPONSIBLE** for damages to the property or the health (including cycling injuries) of the participants. We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based. Every week we get together and work technical skills and live pressure testing. \ Almost all of the instructors have been in everything from altercations in the real world to the ring and some still compete in the cage. \ If you want to take your skills up, improve your confidence, gain self defense skills, get in better shape, test yourself or just want to kill some time and possibly get hit a bit come on down. \ We will be located at 3923 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214 inside the whetstone rec center in the auditorium, upstairs in classroom B or outside in the grass between the playground and horseshoe area. our instructors are normally in a black and red art of fighting shirt \ if you can not find us call or text me at 6143570295 Saturday 1pm Wednesday 5:30pm From Age 16 and up. attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them. \ \ You must have a free leisure card for the rec center and must be registered for our class specifically .\ Wear workout clothing \ Bring a MOUTHPIECE! \ WE HAVE GLOVES. \ Hope to see you soon :-).\ We are run off of donations. \ let me know if you have any questions :)

As a follow-up to our macro class and to get ready for our May and June Field Shoots, we are going to have a macro training "class." I will attempt to work through a number of macro shoots with the group. Those with cameras can try to shoot the same subjects I am shooting. We will start with some small objects and work our way down to smaller and smaller ones. As we photograph each subject, we will consider depth of field, focal plane management, subject composition, background, and lighting. I have no idea how many subjects we will get through, but we will give it our best shot (pun intended!). Bring your camera, whatever macro gear you might have, a tripod if you have one, whatever lighting you may have, etc. This will really be an exercise in seeing what you have, me showing you some ways to approach the subjects, and seeing what works! I am going to add an extra hour to this meeting! CYA There!!!!!
