Bonjour à toutes et à tous, Pour ce mois de **mars 2026**, nous vous proposons un évènement regroupant la communauté métier Agile d’**Extia** et la communauté Agile Playground Paris : deux communautés, deux côtés, serait-ce l’occasion de parler de polarité ? Nous vous proposons donc d’explorer les **polarités** durant cette soirée et voir comment leur prise en compte est un vrai plus pour que l'**intelligence collective** puisse atteindre un vrai consensus, co-construit et assumé par toutes et tous. Non seulement cela ne résout pas la tension, mais c’est souvent là que les relations se tendent et que l’élan collectif s’essouffle. Dans cet atelier ludique, participatif et joyeusement paradoxal, nous vous proposons d’expérimenter comment accueillir ces polarités, les mettre en perspective et apprendre à naviguer avec elles. #### **Pourqui faire cet atelier** L’acquisition de nouvelles compétences en production vidéo assistée par l’IA est devenue un impératif stratégique pour maîtriser sa communication sans dépendre du hasard. Cet atelier de 2 heures est une session de sensibilisation et de prise en main conçue pour vous transmettre les fondamentaux : transformer l'Intelligence Artificielle en un levier de précision pour générer des avatars vidéo avec HeyGen. #### **Vous souffrez de cela :** **L'absence de temps se fait sentir :** Pour être pertinent sur les réseaux, il faut publier souvent, mais c'est très chronophage et nécessite des mises à jour fréquentes. **Le blocage devant la caméra :** Une perte de temps et d'énergie liée à l'appréhension de se filmer ou à la difficulté de délivrer un script sans erreur. **L’enfer de la post-production :** Des heures gâchées en montage pour un résultat souvent insuffisant. **La peur du rejet ou de l'image :** Le manque d'ancrage dans sa propre valeur qui freine la prise de parole en public ou en vidéo. **Le brouillard stratégique :** Une difficulté à choisir les bons outils dans un environnement technologique intimidant. **Constellations familiales, systémiques, animiques** **Dimanche 8 mars** **14h – 18h** **Yoga Searcher — 64 rue des Tournelles, Paris 3e** Il existe une intelligence plus grande que celle de notre compréhension mentale. Une intelligence qui révèle, qui guide, qui remet en mouvement ce qui semblait figé. Dans une constellation, quelque chose agit — souvent au-delà de ce que nous aurions pu imaginer. Des dynamiques invisibles se montrent. Des nœuds se défont. Un ordre plus juste peut se rétablir. Et cela ne concerne pas seulement la personne qui constelle. Tous ceux qui sont présents sont touchés, car nous sommes profondément reliés. Je suis toujours touchée de voir combien cette intelligence aimante œuvre avec puissance lorsque des êtres se réunissent avec le désir de se mettre au service — de la vie, de la vérité, et du mouvement de l’amour qui cherche à circuler plus librement. Peut-être ressens-tu aujourd’hui : des répétitions douloureuses dans tes relations une difficulté à avancer dans un projet une sensation de blocage sans en comprendre l’origine un appel à remettre du mouvement dans un endroit de ta vie. Les constellations systémiques et animiques sont une voie profonde pour laisser apparaître ce qui demande à être vu — non pour analyser davantage, mais pour permettre une réorganisation plus vivante. Ce qui était inconscient peut trouver sa place. Ce qui était figé peut recommencer à respirer. Être représentant est déjà une expérience transformatrice — la vie nous place toujours exactement là où quelque chose peut s’ouvrir aussi pour nous. In this talk, you will learn how to talk to your phone and have an app on Azure to show your friend 5 minutes later. The basic DevOps tools you already know, plus a little bit of AI magic, are all you need! If you want to follow along, the demo will be in Azure with GitHub Actions and GitHub Copilot, and you can have it set up on your phone by the end of the session. This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships. Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse. Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well. Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things.
