You're invited to meet to watch the award winning, cult documentary **"Dark Days"**, an American documentary featuring the music of DJ Shadow, it follows it follows a group of people who lived underground in a train tunnel under [Manhattan](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manhattan "Manhattan"), New York City in the 90s. This documentary was filmed over several years, and then was held in post production for more years suffering money problems, it was released in the year 2000 and is being shows at the Dochouse in Bloomsbury in Easter Monday. Part two allows the group to wander, maybe have a snack or a coffee and take in the new Power station complex and immerse oneself in the brilliance of what has been accomplished in the amazing redevelopment of the area.....30 mins allowed.....maybe not enough !! We are based at the Bridge Tap at London Bridge. Come and join us for our monthly social. It is important to note that the group will have an area reserved. We will reserve a corner sofa area so should be easy to locate on the night. We will also have meetup signs as well. The staff will also be aware of our group so by all means ask on arrival. As a result of the group having increased in size and the large number of divers attending the social evenings we have changed venue so we have more space and so that we can have an outside area during the warmer summer months. A laid-back lunchtime of friendly chess in the charming surroundings of Russell Square, Bloomsbury. Whether you're new in town and looking to meet new people, craving some social games, or live/work/study nearby, all are welcome. Chess sets are available to borrow, and there are optional food/drinks from the cafe next to the chess tables. Please don't bring outside food/drinks (other than water), and buy something if you use a cafe table (no need when using the chess tables, which have boards printed on them). This will be a hosted event - if you're the first to arrive, you'll see your host sitting at one of the chess tables with a chess set.
