Flow State (留言) is a literary group founded by Lilli Chung (co-organiser of Peel Streety Poetry & OutLoudHK), Isaac Cheung (Peel Street Poet) and Fish (owner & operator of Yuyin Club). Hosted on the second Friday of every month at Yuyin Club, Flow State welcomes live performances of all types of literary expression (poetry, monologues, standup, etc.), which are accompanied by live improvised musical performances, allowing artists of all walks to come together and craft unique expressions of live art.

Our evening class program is as following: Evening Aarti (Evening ceremony) at 6:30pm Bhajan (Singing song that cleanses the heart) 6:45pm Scripture Class (Studying of words from supreme personality of godhead Krishna such as bhagavad gita) 7pm Sankirtan (Singing the holy name of krishna) 7:45pm Maha Prasadam (glorifying holly vegetarian warm meal) 8pm The End - 9pm We have been very fortunate that we have been offered a remedy in the age of kali (the age of most fallen) to end the suffering of birth and death by supreme personality of godhead Krishna by Sankirtan and associating with like minded devotees, learning scripture and glorifying the holly food prasadam. Supreme personality of godhead Krishna shall be delighted if you would bring flower or any form of service to contribute. Suggested donation would be $60 per person for prasadam. However it is purely voluntarily based. Join us for delicious & healthy & spiritual dinner gathering. If your story is shortlisted for the show, our host will work with you as you polish and rehearse it. 📌 Story Requirements: - Your story must be true - It must be told in the first person—you are the main character - It should be between 5-10 minutes You don't need to have a completed or polished story ready - just a beginning idea is okay. This workshop is open to individuals at all levels, first-timers or old hands. The purpose of Hong Kong Stories is to help you become a better storyteller.
