Tuesday Padel (bi-weekly)
Tuesday Padel (bi-weekly)
Join us for our regular Tuesday evening playing Padel. **How we play** Intermediate and Advanced Players are welcome (no beginners on Tuesday, please join us on Friday or Sunday instead). Number of courts depends on the number of players * 4-7 players: one court * 8-11 players: two courts * 12-15 players: three courts Ideally, 6, 10 or 14 players are attending * Then you play two matches in a row and then take a break * A match is played in a single set. First team reaching four games wins the match. We play a minimum of six games per set (means even after 4:0 you still play two more games in this set) If an odd number of players are attending, we adapt to the situation Teams are mixed all the time. So you will play with/against different players during the event * Teams are put together based on their skill level * We focus on having balanced teams **Price** * 10 € for 1h * 17 € for 2h * If you need a racket, you can rent it from us for 2 € (limited number available). Otherwise you can always rent from the venue for 5 € * We use the money to cover the courts rent, base-subscription for renting, providing balls and rackets **Cancellation** * Please cancel at least 4h before the event. Otherwise you have to pay the fee for one hour * We understand that sometimes unexpected things can come up. However, not showing up and failing to let us know is considered disrespectful and goes against our community spirit. Uncommented no-shows may result in being excluded from future events. **Other information** * The venue has courts **outdoor only**. Dress accordingly to the weather * We are respectful and warm with each other. Our cultural and professional background is diverse * The hosts or regular players, can ask misbehaving players to step out from the court, in order to maintain the good vibes * The hosts and regular players are entitled to send players different courts to have balanced teams * Most of the time we go on a drink after the event at the venue's restaurant. You're welcome to join us **Important** * You are playing on your own risk * Playing competitive is allowed (Smashing balls, hitting balls close to opponent player etc.) * Playing friendly is our main goal * Please announce the hosts, and/or the players on your court, if you have some injuries or specific conditions * Be welcome with newcomers

TUESDAY 👋⚽ FOOTBALL FRIENDLY 20:30-22:00 (Donaucity) w/ SORIN +Video Highlights
Things to know before playing: Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls; We play Tuesday Night Football (outdoor only) . We play 90 minutes (kick off is at 20:30, and we meet at least 15 minutes before for a warm up phase). Post-Corona football matches are most likely between 14-16 and 28-32 players. If you would like to join please bring artificial turf shoes (like the ones for indoor turf) and shin pads (not mandatory but definitely recommendable). All I ask is that you come with a good mood, be respectful to everyone, and pay online using the link below. [Tuesday Night via FOOTxp football website](https://footballexperiences.net/kickaball/p/tuesdaynightfootball/) **Other methods for payments.** **Erste Bank Transfer**: **Sorin-Florian Brici** **AT27 2011 1829 5564 7001** **\*[Revolut](https://revolut.me/brici)** \- Recommended\! **\* [Wise](https://wise.com/pay/me/sorinb256)** \- Also recommended\! **\*[Paypal](https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/sorinSocial/)** \- Please use non\-Commercial product We play light: no sliding, hard tackling, fighting, screaming, & hopefully no injuries. We need to respect current regulations in Vienna, Austria. The main priorities are to have fun and being safe. The drinks are relatively free after the game in the local pub, served to those who have shown fantastic football fair-play skills. We will confirm the location, the pitches, and the dressing room numbers via our dedicated Football WhatsApp group/s. Keep an eye out for the group messages. See you all soon. Sorin SMS/ WhatsApp +43 6764276984 (please ask to be added to our football groups). We will probably need to confirm your presence if you are coming for the first or second time. Important management rule: **\> "No shows" are penalized with 10€ fee\. Please remove your name from the list at least SIX\!\!\! \(6\) HOURS before the event\.** Book a place via FootballExperiences.NET using this link [FOOTxp](https://footballexperiences.net/kickaball/) One small final note: Please avoid trying to take justice in your hands. If someone is talking bad, complaining, insulting someone, fouling on purpose or committing the usual football shenanigans, please let the organizers know. Measures will be taken, we assure you. Any misbehavior on your part, such as responding in an obscene way, fighting, or leaving the pitch is not a practical and diplomatic way of resolving the issues (it tends to create more tension and cause more problems). Let’s be respectful and mature and try to enjoy the game we all love. That’s why we’re all here. Get to know people from all over the world and have fun! Thank you. Sorin
The Crazy C++ Quiz
The Crazy C++ Quiz
📢 Main event starts at 18:30 CET René has a passion for collecting unusual code constructs and presenting them anonymously to an interested audience. Any resemblance to existing code is purely coincidental 🤭. There will be plenty of opportunities to puzzle over the quirks of C++, whether you are an experienced developer or just curious about the language. The challenges might drive you crazy if you tackle them alone, but working together as a group, you just might make it through. The main goal is to enjoy the challenge, not take things too seriously, and have some fun along the way. 🧠 All you need is your brain - no notebooks needed. 🪙 We appreciate any **voluntary donations** on-site. ⏱️ Arrive early for pre-socializing—simple snacks and drinks will be provided. 🍕 After the event, we will relocate to a pizzeria (at your own expense).

ADVANCED badminton players wanted!
ADVANCED badminton players wanted!
Thank you for visiting this event page! * Are you an advanced badminton player? If yes - WELCOME! * The earlier you sign up, the bigger your chance to reserve a place - once 9 other players have signed up already, you move to the waiting list. * Once the waiting list has 3 or more members, I will try to book an additional court, but no guarantees. I need to close the registration 24h before the event as I will then have to decide whether to cancel any court due to a shortage of players. You can still contact me if you want to play though. The fee per player will be €10.00 for 2 hours as the cost of both shuttles and court bookings have increased. But this should now cover also shuttles used during play. Please be on time as a curtesy to the other players. In addition, if you are on the players' list and don't come (i.e. no show), you will be automatically excluded from this group.

DOUBLE TROUBLE | Mike Pozo & Saeed Helali Live @TheComedyPub
DOUBLE TROUBLE | Mike Pozo & Saeed Helali Live @TheComedyPub
## [GET TICKETS HERE!!!](https://www.eventbrite.at/e/double-trouble-mike-pozo-saeed-helali-live-thecomedypub-tickets-1983496243659?aff=MeetUp) Two headliners. Two opposite styles. One chaotic night of sharp, raw English stand-up comedy in Vienna. ## DOUBLE TROUBLE ### Two comedians. Two worlds. One stage. On **April 10, 2026**, Double Trouble returns to **The Comedy Pub Vienna** with a premium double-header featuring **Mike Pozo** and **Saeed Helali**. This isn’t an open mic. It’s not a standard showcase. And it’s not a solo tour show. It’s the sweet spot in between — two professional comedians delivering extended, high-impact headline sets in one tight, electric 90-minute night. ## 🎤 Mike Pozo – High Energy. Raw. Unfiltered. Mike Pozo hits the stage like he owns it. High energy. Dirty. Extremely likeable. From his multicultural background to life in China, from marriage to fatherhood, Mike turns his personal chaos into punchlines that hit hard and fast. Expect: * Big storytelling with sharp twists * Fearless crowdwork * Honest takes on relationships and family life * That dangerous mix of warmth and zero filter Mike doesn’t warm up a room — he detonates it. ## 🎤 Saeed Helali – Dark. Dry. Intellectually Dangerous. Then the room shifts. Saeed Helali brings razor-sharp deadpan energy, stream-of-consciousness dark thoughts, and intellectual absurdity that sneaks up on you before it lands. Expect: * Existential shower thoughts you shouldn’t laugh at (but will) * Clever, subtle punchlines * Calm delivery with devastating precision * Comedy that makes you think and laugh at the same time Where Mike explodes outward, Saeed pulls you inward. And that contrast? That’s the magic. ## ⚡ Why Double Trouble Is Different Double Trouble gives comedians space. Longer sets. Bigger risks. Sharper material. It’s more developed than a showcase and more dynamic than a solo show. No filler. No randomness. No amateurs. Just two pros doing what they do best. ## 👥 Who This Is For ✔ Fans of smart, edgy English stand-up ✔ Casual night-out crowds who want guaranteed laughs ✔ Date nights that can handle dark humor ✔ Comedy lovers who appreciate strong headline sets ✔ Expats & locals looking for top-tier comedy in Vienna ## 📅 Event Details 📍 The Comedy Pub – Vienna 📅 April 10, 2026 🚪 Doors: 20:30 🎤 Show: 21:00 🗣 Language: English 🔞 18+ ⏱ Duration: 90 minutes Limited seating. First come, first served. This is one night. Two very different minds. Contra dance with Big Scioty April 11 - Clinton Heights Lutheran church
Contra dance with Big Scioty April 11 - Clinton Heights Lutheran church
**Caller: Kim Thompson** **Band: Full Moon Country Dance Orchestra** **Clinton Heights Lutheran Church** **15 Clinton Heights Ave, Columbus, OH 43202** WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor. Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 7:30 - 8:00, followed by dancing 8:00 - 10:30. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner. Cost is $10.00 adults, $5.00 ages 12-26. Under 12 free. Free parking in church lot. For more information contact me or check out our website: [www.bigscioty.com](http://www.bigscioty.com/) Please bring your own refillable water bottle.
Sunday at Highbanks Metro Park
Sunday at Highbanks Metro Park
We will meet next to the restrooms at the [Big Meadows Picnic Area](https://www.metroparks.net/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/HBK_Web_1980.png). They're all the way at the back of the park, and they can be found at coordinates [40°09'06.6"N 83°02'30.2"W](https://www.google.com/maps/place/40%C2%B009'06.6%22N+83%C2%B002'30.2%22W/@40.151828,-83.0423587,214m/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m10!1m5!3m4!2zNDDCsDA5JzA4LjAiTiA4M8KwMDEnNDUuMSJX!8m2!3d40.1522222!4d-83.0291944!3m3!8m2!3d40.151827!4d-83.041715?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI0MTIwNC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D) (near the playground and the zip line). We'll hike about 5 miles at [Highbanks Metro Park](https://www.metroparks.net/parks-and-trails/highbanks/) on the Dripping Rock and Overlook Trails. Afterward, we'll head over to [Olentangy River Brewing](https://www.olentangybrew.com/) for drinks, coffee, or food (their Sunday [food truck](https://www.olentangybrew.com/eventsandfood) is Venezuelan and always gets good reviews). The actual address of the brewery is [303 Green Meadows Dr S, 43035](https://www.google.com/maps/place/303+Green+Meadows+Dr+S,+Lewis+Center,+OH+43035/@40.1551938,-83.0144045,17.25z/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x8838f395cef06c97:0xe407de61b3e30069!8m2!3d40.1551765!4d-83.0124352!16s%2Fg%2F11c26jc7j9?entry=ttu). If you can't make the hike, we should be there by noon. **How to find our starting point in Big Meadows:** If you are new to Highbanks, the Big Meadows picnic area is 1.5 miles into the park just after you turn into the park off of U.S. Route 23. That is, after you enter the park, drive a mile and a half into the park. You will come to a crosswalk with a yield sign in the middle of it (this is not to be confused with the first such crosswalk you come to just in front of the Nature Center, which you arrive at maybe a quarter of a mile into the park). Just after this second crosswalk, make a left. Then make another almost immediate left into the parking lot on your left. There you will see the jungle gym and the kiddie zip line to your left. I will be just in front of the restrooms just a bit further down from the jungle gym and picnic shelter; the restroom building will also be on your left.
Speak Easy (Storytelling)
Speak Easy (Storytelling)
The topic for April is "Water" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. Speak Easy is also a great outlet for performers, writers, and artists looking to share their favorite stories and perfect their skills. We strongly encourage tellers to please tell the story rather than read it so we keep within the spirit of good storytelling and stay engaged with the audience. All are welcome. Hang around after the show for a drink and build community!

This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise. We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration. Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team. **YouTube Link** TBD
