I do wish the weather would make it's mind up! - Or at least the forecasters. One minute we're due a heatwave, amber alerts are in place, hosepipe bans at the ready, the next it's raining. Oh well, this is Ireland after all, so lets go and have a run and a beer to discuss all afterwards. About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living Rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings.
