Pure strength & Social
Pure strength & Social
At Workout with Pride, we're all about promoting lasting health and vitality. That's why we're introducing "Pure Strength," a new class focused on enhancing strength and mobility while keeping the excitement of our other offerings. Age brings unique needs, and our bodies demand more focus on mobility and the improvement of tight areas. As we age, maintaining muscle mass becomes crucial. Strength training is essential for both muscle retention and the health of our bones. Our "Pure Strength" class is a deliberately slower-paced approach to our regular strength training sessions. We've carved out specific times for resting and refining movements. We're creating a space where you can concentrate on developing strength, mobility, and confidence, with our renowned flare for fun and inclusivity. This exclusive class is available for a limited number of participants, so don't miss out on your chance to join us in shaping a healthier future for yourself. Together, let's work towards a stronger, more resilient you.

LGBTQ+ Meetup
LGBTQ+ Meetup
Looking to meet more LGBTQ+ people? Join us at The London Art Bar for our regular meet-ups hosted by LAB co-founder Gareth. Now in our fourth year, our meet-ups are all about meeting new people, making friends, and having a good time in a queer-friendly space. The meet-ups have a very relaxed vibe with background music at just the right volume for chatting to people! There are also some boardgames on the shelves if people fancy playing them. Feel free to bring your own! I (Gareth) try my best to greet everybody, but this is of course easier at the beginning of the event. If you are ever stuck, say hello to our friendly bar team who can point you in my direction. Come by yourself or bring a friend :)
Transgender Speed Dating @ The Exhibit (Ages 21-45)
Transgender Speed Dating @ The Exhibit (Ages 21-45)
**\*\*TO BOOK YOUR TICKETS GO HERE - [https://dateinadash.com/events/london/balham/transgender-speed-dating/16Apr2026-7839](https://dateinadash.com/events/london/balham/transgender-speed-dating/16Apr2026-7839)\*\*** Go on up to 15 mini dates at our exciting Thursday night Transgender Speed Dating event for ages 21-45 (age guide) at the Exhibit near Balham Station. This is London’s first and only speed dating event specifically for Transgender people and those genuinely interested in meeting them. Expect to meet a friendly, inclusive crowd at one of South West London’s most welcoming dating nights. This event is all about fun, safe, and respectful interactions with people looking to make genuine connections. Speed Dating kicks off at 8pm prompt, so please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for registration. Late arrivals may unfortunately miss out on dates, as timing is essential for everyone to meet. Once all guests have arrived, your host will explain how the evening will unfold, and you will be provided with a scorecard and pen, or can use our mobile website. During the dating rounds, guests may be asked to sit or rotate according to the host’s instructions. Everyone will have the chance to meet a variety of men, women, and non-binary people during the evening. At the end of each date, mark whether you would like to see that person again. The event will finish around 9:30pm, but guests are welcome to stay, chat, and mingle afterward. The following day, we’ll contact you with the results, and you can communicate with anyone you’ve matched with through our website. Please be aware that speed dating places are limited, and the majority of our events do sell out, so please book early to avoid disappointment. If you have any queries about this event, please contact us at [enquiries@dateinadash.com](mailto:enquiries@dateinadash.com) or call our telephone bookings hotline on 0845 862 1448 (9am–5pm).
Lesbian Mixology Masterclass | Ages 30 to 45
Lesbian Mixology Masterclass | Ages 30 to 45
BOOK YOUR TICKET 👉🏼 [HERE](https://itsadate.club/event/lesbian-mixology-masterclass-16/). Calling all cocktail lovers! Shake up your dating game with 20 high-spirited single ladies at this fun, lesbian-only cocktail masterclass, hosted by It’s a Date and mixology magicians at The Alchemist. It’s good times guaranteed as we learn step-by-step how to prepare one of The Alchemist classics in a lively and interactive session with the odd surprise along the way! Whether you’re a little Old Fashioned or more Cosmopolitan, you’re sure to find something (and possibly someone) that stirs your senses as you shake it ‘til you make it with this fun-loving crowd. So, don’t be a Moscow Mule, come along! It will be best fun you’ve had mixing and mingling in a Long (Island iced tea) time. Arrive at 19:30 to be welcomed by your host who will direct you to the private event area, offer you a name sticker, and give you the low-down on how things will work. Ahead of the masterclass, you’ll be introduced to fellow guests to break (or crush?) the ice, spark conversation, and discover a shared passion — fruit Martini, anyone? Between mixing your own masterpiece, you’ll have plenty of time to mingle, or simply sit back, relax, and discuss the art of the perfect Negroni with a newfound connection. The cocktail creation that you lovingly prepared is included for your enjoyment and any other drinks can be purchased locally from the bar. Your host, who has been referred to as ‘pretty fly for a Mai Tai’, will be on-hand throughout to ensure the cocktails and good times flow. Following the event, a resident DJ will be playing for those in the party mood. Post-event matching will be available on your It’s a Date dashboard where you can continue the conversation or schedule a second date at your own pace. If you have any questions on the event or how things will work, please get in contact with James on 07517 065 492 or [james@itsadate.club](mailto:james@itsadate.club).
