**We are starting into a new round of having some human magic happen :)** **What to expect at an Authentic Games Berlin event?** Authentic Relating is embodied communication practice. We search for authenticity – staying true to your needs, feelings and boundaries – while relating to other human beings with their needs, feelings and boundaries. **Theme of the evening: Asking for help** Asking for help is one of the simplest human gestures - and yet, it carries a surprising amount of complexity for many of us. We hesitate, we overthink, we hope to be understood without having to ask. Or we ask quickly and often, but still feel the tremble underneath. There are various internal patterns at play around needing support: pride that keeps us independent, fear that keeps us quiet, longing that keeps us hoping. In this session, we invite you to explore your personal relationship with asking for help. What happens in you when you reach out? What parts of you reject support, and which parts quietly crave it? Are you clear about what you truly need or do you hold back, waiting for the “right moment” or the “right person”? Through guided Authentic Relating games, we will bring these dynamics into awareness. You will practice naming what you need, feeling the internal reactions that arise, and staying present whether you are met with a yes, a no, or a request for clarity. You will explore the difference between asking and receiving, between vulnerability and agency, between the instinct to shrink and the courage to stay open. This evening is an invitation to experiment with the art of asking for help as a pathway to connection, clarity, and shared humanity. As always: Come curious and leave connected. Mär. 26, 19:00 Uhr Ende: 21:00 Uhr Kostenfreier Online-Infoabend zum Dreijahres-Training mit Christian Meyer per Zoom: Einblick in Ausrichtung, Arbeitsweise, Methoden und Raum für Fragen. Viele Menschen spüren: Ich möchte meine Persönlichkeit entfalten und das leben, was mir wirklich entspricht. Ich möchte lebendig und kreativ sein – nicht mit faulen Kompromissen – und dabei wirkliche Nähe und echte Begegnung erleben. Das Dreijahres-Training ist ein Praxisweg für ganzheitliche Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und spirituelle Praxis. Es geht darum, inneres Wachstum in die Hand zu nehmen – nicht allein, sondern gemeinsam, in einem klaren, getragenen Rahmen. Und es geht darum, die Verbindung zwischen Körper, Gefühlen und Geist wirklich herzustellen: nicht als Idee, sondern als Erfahrung, die sich im Alltag zeigt. Dabei ist es Christian wichtig zu betonen: Psychologie und Psychotherapie reichen für menschliches Wachstum nicht aus, wenn das Geistige und das spirituelle Ziel der Erleuchtung außen vor bleiben. Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Erleuchtung gehören zusammen – als ein Ganzes. Genau diese Ausrichtung prägt die Arbeit im Dreijahres-Training. Ready for an overnight retreat? Our weekend retreats are a great place to start if you’ve established a mindfulness practice or taken a mindfulness class and you’re ready to take it to the “next level.” A weekend retreat is also a wonderful way to renew and refresh a long-standing practice. Our lives as mindfulness practitioners deepen when we’re ready to enter into the sustained practice of retreat. This residential retreat will be held mostly in silence at the beautiful [Samish Island Campground and Retreat Center](https://www.campsamish.org/) and will include a series of gently guided mindfulness practices including sitting meditation, walking meditation, gentle yoga, and the body scan. Informative talks on the process of being on retreat, mindfulness, stress reactivity, and other topics will be presented by the instructor.
