Tendrel in Action: Transforming Obstacles into Advantages
How can we take our meditation practice into our lives as a powerful agent of change and stability in a chaotic world? š§š¼š
Starts 2 June: In this 6-week workshop, come with a long-term goal related to your life or career that you really want to solve: each week, weāll explore how you can approach that goal through Buddhist meditation. Then, we will work towards solving that goal through group coaching within the frame of our meditation practice.
Note: Thanks to a generous sponsor, we are now able to OPEN the Tendrel in Action program for anyone to join on a donation basis. As part of this adjustment, we have also adjusted the start date of the program to begin on 2 June at 18:30 instead of 26 May to allow more people to join.
Come bring a problem or goal that you want to focus on, something juicy that you really want to solve in life: this could be figuring out
\- how to move to Berlin\,
\- open up your own coffee shop\,
\- go on more dates\,
\- figure out what you want to do with your life\,
or really anything else that feels important to you.
Sessions will be led by Nico and will run for 90 minutes, combining meditation, breakout groups, visualization exercises, Jungian depth coaching, and more.

Session 20: Memory
Hi!
Welcome to Thought Experiments in Pubs - Berlin edition, where you get to have deep conversations with people you've never met.
The topic will be "Memory". I'll post the questions that will guide us through that topic here on the day as a comment.
**Location:** [Atopia Kaffeehaus, Prenzlauer Allee 187, 10405 Berlin](https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ukuup9CTrmedrB6f9)
\*Please consider that the locations we visit do not charge us for our booking, so in return, please make sure to show your appreciation by buying drinks or snacks.
* If you're signed up but can't make the event, please cancel so someone else can take your spot
\*Make sure you check the right address, there is a sister pub nearby and it's not that one āļø
**The idea:**
A chance to meet and talk at a 'deeper' level, and skip the 'small talk'.
**How will it work?**
We will have a set of 'Thought Experiments', short, philosophical scenarios and questions, which will be discussed in groups. The conversation will flow freely, there are no strict rules, simply share and discuss your perspectives on the given topic. The thought experiments will be posted here ahead of the event.
**Who should come?**
Everyone! We believe that the more perspectives, the richer the conversation. This group is not about being experts in philosophy, it is about *doing* philosophy. That is, bringing our various life experiences and lenses on the world to group discussions about the human experience, the nature of reality... etc.
**Do I need to bring anything?**
No! Just an open, inquisitive mind.
We will do 3 rounds of discussions. After the event, I would love to hear your feedback on the session.
The thought experiments we will discuss are around the theme of the day. Prompts will be posted here on the day of the event.
See you soon!
\- Dirk

**Agenda of the evening:**
**Welcome and Introductions:** The Toastmaster of the Day (TMOD) often opens the meeting, who welcomes everyone and introduces the meeting's theme or agenda. The TMOD also introduces the key roles and functionaries for that session.
**Prepared Speeches:** A significant portion of the meeting is dedicated to prepared speeches. Members working through various projects in the Toastmasters education program deliver speeches based on their chosen projects. Each speech is evaluated by a designated evaluator who provides feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
**Table Topics:** Table Topics is a segment where impromptu speaking skills are tested. The Table Topics Master presents a series of short, unprepared speaking challenges or questions, and members or guests are invited to come to the podium and give a brief, improvised response.
**Evaluations:** Following the prepared speeches and Table Topics
segment, evaluators provide constructive feedback to speakers. These evaluations focus on content, delivery, body language, and time management. The goal is to help speakers improve their speaking skills.
**Reports and Functionary Roles:** The meeting may include various functionary roles, such as the Timer, Grammarian, Ah-Counter, and others, who report on their observations and contributions to the session. These roles help members improve their language and time management skills.
**General Evaluator:** The General Evaluator provides an overall assessment of the meeting, highlighting what went well and offering suggestions for improvement. They may also evaluate the evaluators' performance.
**Awards and Recognitions:** Toastmasters sessions often conclude with awards and recognitions, including the Best Speaker, Best Evaluator, and Best Table Topics Speaker. These awards encourage members to strive for excellence in their speaking and leadership abilities.
**Closing:** The meeting concludes with closing remarks from the Toastmaster of the Day, who may express gratitude to participants and encourage them to continue their Toastmasters journey.
**Networking and Socialising:** After the formal meeting, members and guests often have the opportunity to network, socialise, and discuss their experiences in a more relaxed setting.

Coaching the Mind Events This Week
Discover what is happening in the next few days
Discover the 3.043 year old secret behind your DNA!
Yes itās free. But please come only if you are ready.
The 22-Strand DNA Activation Used For 3,000 Years To Awaken Human Potential
For the first time a high level Initiate reveals the 3.034 year old method to awaken human potential.. this method is available to the public since 1997 and starts reaching the masses now! Humanity is ready!
Before that date people like Da Vinci, Tesla, Michelangelo, Pythagoras, Goethe, Beethoven and many more received the private opportunity to study these secrets.
There is a moment in every seeker's life when reading stops being enough.
You've done the books. The podcasts. The meditation apps. The therapy. Maybe even plant medicine, breathwork, yoga teacher trainings, retreats in distant countries.
And still ā somewhere quiet inside you ā that voice keeps whispering:
"There has to be more."
There is.
For 3,000 years, an unbroken lineage of teachers ā traceable back to King Salomon the Wise ā has guarded a precise energetic transmission known as the Life Activation. A 22-strand DNA activation that awakens dormant aspects of your divine blueprint. The same activation that has changed the lives of thousands of people across more than 50 countries.
On Thursday, in the heart of Berlin, I'm opening the doors for a free 2-hour evening to share what this path is ā and what it has done for me.
---
What You'll Discover
ā What the Life Activation actually is (and why every
Mystery School student receives it first)
ā The lineage behind it ā King Salomon, 3,000 years, 7 Mystery Schools worldwide
ā How it works with your chakras, magnetic energy, etheric body, and elemental forces
ā What people consistently report afterwards: clarity, vitality, release of inherited patterns, deep peace
ā Why it bypasses the mind entirely ā no belief required, no understanding needed
ā Where this path can take you ā Sacred Geometry, Kabbalah, Initiation, Healers Academy
ā Live Q&A ā ask anything
---
Who This Is For
You belong in this room if you:
ā Feel stuck despite trying everything ā therapy, self-help,
coaching, retreats
ā Sense that there is more to life but cannot quite reach it
ā Are walking through a major transition ā career,
relationship, identity, crisis
ā Want to begin a real spiritual path ā not just read about
one
ā Feel drawn to ancient wisdom and lineage-based traditions
ā Are ready for change. Real change. Not more information.
You also belong here if you have zero spiritual background. You don't need to believe in anything. You just need to show up.
---
What This Is Not
Not a sales pitch dressed as a talk. Not a "manifestation" workshop. Not therapy. Not channeling. Not New Age improvisation.
This is ancient lineage work ā the same teachings,
transmitted the same way, for three millennia.
---
Your Host
I'm Paul Schulz ā Ritual Master in the King Salomon Lineage of the Modern Mystery School, based in Berlin, teaching in English across Europe. I received my own Life Activation in this city, and it changed everything. Now I share this work with seekers ready for the next step.

NVC & Boundaries
**NVC & BOUNDRIES**
***Weekend Workshop***
What a delicate human moment it is ā the one in which someone says or receives a āno.ā
āCan we make love?ā
ā No.
āWould you like to go for a coffee with me?ā
ā No.
āWould you like to work together?ā
ā No.
It takes such vulnerability to voice a request ā to courageously share your heart and its dreams. And it takes just as much courage to stay true to yourself, not to please the other at the cost of your own authenticity.
So often we end up saying *yes* when we actually mean *no* ā because weāre afraid of losing connection, or because āitās the right thing to do.ā
This weekend is an exploration of those delicate moments ā their depth, their vulnerability, and the dynamics they reveal.Weāll begin by discovering our own boundaries and what truly matters to us, since so much confusion and pain arise when we donāt even know where our boundaries are.
Weāll learn to say *no* in a way that is authentic, safe, and connecting. Weāll learn how to receive a *no* without betraying the vulnerability that comes with it. Weāll learn how to transform the moment of giving or receiving a *no* from a wall into the beginning of a meaningful dialogue ā one where *you can be you, and I can be me*, together.
āWords are windows, or theyāre walls.ā ā *Marshall Rosenberg*
**Teaching Style**
Expect minimum 50-70% practice and exercises, demonstrations and other interactive ways to engage, and the rest itās gonna be theory.
**When?** 6 -7 June 2026
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 - 17:30
**Daily schedule:**
**Saturday** Arrival: From 9:30
Morning Workshop / Practice space: 10-13
Lunch: 13 - 14:15
Afternoon Workshop / Practice space: 14:15 - 17:30
**Sunday** Arrival: From 9:30
Morning Workshop / Practice space: 10-13
Lunch: 13 - 14:15
Afternoon Workshop / Practice space: 14:15 - 16:00
Financial Co-Responsibility Circle: 16:15 - 17:30
Goodbyes: Until 18:30
Weāll have organic breaks to support us through the schedule.
**Where?**
Braschzeile 12-14, 14109 Berlin (Wannsee).
For this 2 days workshop, weāll be able to gather in the privacy and calmness of a house in Wannsee. A large garden with solemn old trees offers the grounding and space needed to gently move into the vulnerability to meet ourselves and each other at our boundaries and in the pain of where theyāve been crossed.
*Itās possible to sleep on site for a limited amount of people, priority itās given to who comes from out of town.*
**Experience**:
No previous experience itās required, everyone is welcome. The exercises will allow deepening the NVC practice even when you already have experience with it.
**Who is this for?**
Space is limited to a group of 14 people. As we want to create a safe container to also explore our hurting parts, we would prefer people to join for the full weekend flow. If you canāt join the whole thing contact us and weāll see if itās fitting for you to join only one day or a part of the workshop.
**Price?**
This event is neither charged, nor free.
Weāre intending to create/ to play with a conscious systems-based approach to money and how it flows in between humans. We want resources to flow towards serving & nourishing life. As we are co-creating learning, developmental and healing spaces we want to care for whatās needed for people to attend as well as for whatās needed so that we can continue to co-create such spaces.
Thatās why weāll offer two systems of distributing (monetary) resources in between the people present in an attempt to make this event financially sustainable for everyone.

**YOUR FACILITATORS**
**Martina Pesce**
Hi, I'm Martina. I came in contact with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) through a relationship where I started to grasp the beauty of this tool. After 3 years of self-study and occasional practice, I was touched by how this communication allowed me to connect with my mum in conflict, so strongly that I felt love for her for the first time in 20 years.
Unsatisfied with the lack of mental health support in the neuroscience research field, I decided to switch careers and dive deep into NVC. I trained as a mediator, counsellor and trainer at the Connecting2life school (Yoram Mosenzon). It was a two-year-long process of embodying the tool and then learning how to transmit it so that it could sink in the body. For a year I've been holding my workshops, courses and 1:1 practice.
My approach is based on practice and embodiment. I found NVC very revolutionary and with that respect, I like to let sink in our system a few bits of info at the time, rather than an overwhelming waterfall of theory.
**Matthias Flury**
Hi. My name is Matthias. To be honest with you, Iām incredibly hesitant to write this short biography about myself. Part of the resistance comes from a fear of not being enough - itās an insecurity that often comes alive since for many years of my life my need for connection wasnāt met, no matter what I tried. Out of this experience Iām shy to show and present myself, even to an unknown reader, to not go through the pain of rejection again. Another source for this hesitation is that Iāve got an idea of how I need to present myself here as a teacher. āI need to sell myself well and in a way that will make you trust me and curious to learn from meā. And Iām worried that Iāll try to perform as something Iām not in order to achieve that. Underneath the pressure of trying to be perfect Iām certain Iāll lose something incredibly important. Iāll lose connection to myself and with that any hope of actually contributing value to you.
Thatās why Iāll start this introduction of myself like this. Iām looking forward to meeting you and exploring together how we can connect to our feelings and unknown desires. How we can hold space and lovingly meet each other exactly where we are in our authentic selves. This is the place where relationships gain intimacy and depth, where love grows and where life begins to make sense.
Just in case you actually want to know about my background: I started learning about NVC in 2019, took my first lessons with Empathie Stadt Zurich in 2020, and completed my education in 2023 with a course about teaching and embodying NVC by CNVC-Trainer Yoram Mosenzon. I regularly support NVC-teachers as an assistant in their courses and occasionally teach myself. If you have any questions you can reach me at [matthias.flury@mail.ch](mailto:matthias.flury@mail.ch).
Lass dich überraschen, sei offen, lerne naturverbundene Menschen beim Shinrin Yoku kennen.

### **What is an Outdoor Empowerment Group?**
Our Outdoor Movement & Community Empowerment Groups are simple, guided experiences designed to help people reconnect with nature, themselves, and others. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
Whether youāre seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment.

How to Take Control of YOUR Mental Health
Itās time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind.
Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself.
Here is the secret of being positive and free:
Thinking positively is not enough.
You also have to get rid of the negative thinking.
Your mind is like a garden.
You can plant many beautiful flowers in it, but if you don't get rid of the weeds when you plant your flowers, the weeds will soon take over the whole garden.
A positive thought is like a flower in your mental garden, and a negative thought is like a weed.
You cannot expect to have a positive mindset if you continue to have negative thoughts dwelling and growing there.
So, how do you get rid of the negative thoughts? That's what this Meetup is all about. Attend this local meeting and find out!
The Meetup event will be led by a consultant who had helped many people live happier in life.

Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again.
So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that.
Come join us! Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there.
