Der Lßtzelsee ist bekannt fßr seine landschaftliche SchÜnheit. In der friedlichen Stille der Landschaft kÜnnen wir erleben, wie in uns heilsame Energien frei werden. Ein besonderes Erlebnis bietet die Zeit um die Sommersonnwende, die wir bei Vollmond nutzen, um in tiefere Ebenen unseres Bewusstseins, jenseits des Alltagsbewusstseins, einzutauchen. Bei Vollmond erreicht unser Energielevel das Maximum. Dies in Verbindung mit langanhaltendem rhythmischem Gehen ermÜglicht uns eine bewusste Grenzerfahrung in kÜrperlicher, psychischer und geistiger Hinsicht. Wir umrunden den Lßtzelsee langsam im Schweigen. Jeder kann eigene Uebungen mitbringen, z.B. Meditationen, Mantras, Gebete, Traumyoga etc. In einigen tantrischen Traditionen geht man davon aus, dass das erste Chakra unter den Fusssohlen zu finden ist. Wird dieses Fusschakra durch längeres Gehen aktiviert, Üffnen sich alle anderen Chakren und heilende Energien fliessen bis zum Kronenchakra. All dies kann bei der Wanderung ausprobiert werden. Eine einmalige Gelegenheit. Die Wanderung beginnt bei Sonnenuntergang (21:11) und endet mit dem Sonnenaufgang (5:33). Wir umrunden den Lßtzelsee insgesamt sieben Mal. Nach jeder Umrundung machen wir 10 Minuten Pause. Wer mÜchte, kann uns auch nur fßr eine oder ein paar Runden begleiten und im Schlafsack Pause machen. Gentle Community Yoga with Scarlett (13:00–14:00) Come and join us for a welcoming yoga taster session, everyone is so welcome. No experience necessary. This gentle class is open to all ages and abilities, whether you’re completely new to yoga or an established yogi looking to reconnect with the foundations and meet some lovely local faces. Traditionally the master will transfer his/her kundalini energy to the student to activate his important chakras (energy centre) including Third Eye and Crown Chakra. The student can start to feel his/her Kundalini Energy is rising from their base of the spine and feeling the energy vibration(Consciousness) in the third eye (the space between the eyebrows) from the Kundalini Activation. This session is helpful for the beginners who want to learn simple yoga-meditation exercises also. This is a general session to experience your inner kundalini energy. But if you need proper kundalini activation(Shaktipat), then pre-registration is mandatory. **What is included in this session?** Simple stretching practices for Hip and Spine (not complicated, even beginners can do) Kundalini Breathing Techniques Sound Energy (Mantra) Meditation Energy Healing Techniques Formal Kundalini Activation (optional and only for pre-registered people) Chakra Meditation Yoga Nidra (Relaxation) **Some of the benefits of Kundalini Energy Activation are:** Keeps the body healthy Mind attains its natural peaceful state, so the meditation becomes easy.
