Ready to *actually* be productive this weekend? 😄 Join us for our very first **Weekend Hustle Club** session — a mix of focused work and relaxed social time. ### 🕘 **Plan for the day** **9:30 AM — Meet-up** We’ll meet at the entrance of the library, grab a coffee or a quick breakfast, and get to know each other. **10:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Focus Session #1** Time to get into it: deep work, studying, side projects… whatever you’ve been meaning to do. **12:00 PM – 1:00 PM — Break / Lunch** We can have a light lunch together at the library café, or you can bring your own food. **1:00 PM – 3:00 PM — Focus Session #2** Back to work for another productive session. ### 🌿 **The vibe** This is meant to be structured… but flexible. You’re free to leave earlier, or adapt the schedule to your needs. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s simply to show up, stay accountable, and make progress.

**What we will do together** **1.** Cycle from Luxembourg gare **(front of Police station)** to Remerschen Youth Hostel (about 32km). **2.** Have a meal at the Youth hostel. Those who wish to do a shorter ride can take the **bus** from Remerschen back to Lux gare. You can also **exit the ride** at Remich (about 40 km from the start point). There are frequent buses from Remich to Luxembourg city **3.** Cycle from Remerschen to Wasserbilling gare (about 40km). If we maintain an average speed of about 18km/hour and have a total stop time of 90 minutes (including 1 hour meal at the youth hostel), we can finish the ride in 5 hours and 30 minutes. **Getting home from the finishing point (Wasserbillig gare)** There are trains from Wasserbillig to Luxembourg Gare every 30 minutes. Also, there are buses going from Wasserbillig to other directions. **What to bring** 1\. Your bike in tip top condition\. 2\. Energy snacks\. 3\. Lots of fluids to stay hydrated\. 4. **Packed food** for the meal at the Youth hostel. **ALTERNATIVELY,** you can **order food** at Remerschen Youth hostel, if we get there before 14:00h. They close the kitchen at 2pm. **Disclaimer** If you decide to participate in this event, you are responsible for your own property and health. This distance (72km) requires ***high exercise tolerance/endurance/fitness.*** The organizer will **NOT BE RESPONSIBLE** for damages to the property or the health (including cycling injuries) of the participants. Apparently it's linked to some religious event (Christian, not foody). But don't ask me. Anyway, I thought about finishing a hike there. We start in Howald near the tram stop Scillas, go to the Alzette and walk along to the city centre. With some water breaks. So the trail will be mostly flat forest with some stairs for the conscious. Start: Tram Stop Scillas / Tennis Howald Destination: Märtchen on Knuedler Lunchbreak: Märtchen on Kuedler Public Transport: Tram to Scillas Parking: I suggest to park in the city centre Questions? This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about. Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life.
