**Ride Safety Instructions:**
1\. Come on time to NOT miss pre\-ride briefing
2\. No overlapping of wheels
3\. Do not overtake appointed Pullers
4\. Pullers will give instructions on direction\, filtering and lights\. The rest shall not\!
5\. Do not fall behind the appointed sweepers\. If you have to break off\, inform the sweepers
6\. Ride predictably; ride well inside \(2/3 when in double paceline\) inside traffic lanes \- do not drift close to the line on the ride causing disruption to oncoming vehicle on the right lane
7\. Do not filter to next lane without instruction from pullers and/or sweepers
8\. No free wheeling \- play with gears and tap brakes
9\. Pass on messages\, and point to obstacles and potholes
10\. No sudden brakes\. If you drop anything\, inform the lead and continue to ride\. Stop at convenient location and pick up safely

Important Safety Instructions!
1. **Strictly comply to LTA rules on riding formations : 5 riders in Single file, or 2x5 in when riding abreast. Maintain 30m gap between packs**
2. Follow traffic rules. Stop at the red light. (Do not follow the front rider blindly)
3. No overtaking on left
4. When overtaking on right, check blind spot & signal to the cyclist on the left, keep left after overtaking.
5. Ride in a predictable manner and keep to your lane
6. Keep one-meter length from the front cyclist.
7. Do not ride or stop beside tipper truck or bus. Always stay behind big vehicles.
8. No helmet no ride!
9. Rides must have rear red lights and front lights.

Whether you’re completely new to the game or an experienced player looking to sharpen your skills, this session is designed for **all levels**:

* Intermediate and advanced players can work on strategy, consistency, and competitive drills.

Overview
This is a very special and unique 9 days cycling in the western Sichuan ( Tibetan). Riding about 400km cycling through various terrains and amazing famous sites like a local with lots of chances to interact with local people. This trip is specially designed for those who love to explore on 2 wheels and travel like locals. You will experience Tibetan life styles in many areas. The Tibetan people; cattle; fresh air; cool breeze; blue sky and thousands of twinkling stars will relax your body and mind. April is in the middle of the best cycling season in this part of China. This is a great trip to give yourself a chance to discover the joy of bicycle and diversity of our culture in just eight days.
Day 1: Arrive Chengdu
Upon your arrival at Chengdu International Airport you will be picked up and transferred to hotel and have a welcome dinner .
Overnight: Chengdu, Accommodation: Hotel
Day 2: Chengdu - Wolong - Mt Siguniang - Xiaojin County - Danba ( Coach -- 345km )
Take coach from Chengdu to Panda Reserve in Wolong for lunch, where there is a rich diversity of species and topography.
After lunch, we will be going through the mountain pass of Balangshan where the view is stunning beyond words. If the sky is clear, we will be able to see Mt Siguniang with its four spectacular peaks covered in snow. We should arrive at our destination of Siguniang at about 4 o’clock.
Day 3: Xiaojing-Danba ( Riding 60km )
Today will be our first day of riding. We will be riding towards a very beautiful Tibetan town, Danba, which is 2600m above sea level. Then we will head to Zhonglu village and visit the first Nature Education and Community Development Centre in Zhonglu village.

Day 4: Danba - Yak Valley - Mt Yala Viewing Deck - Geda Pass - Bamei Town (Total 86km )
We will ride at slow pace along a river after breakfast going up a gentle slope to Yak Valley where we will take a photo break, continue our ride to “camp house”). after lunch we will register at the forests checkpoint.
Today’s greatest challenge is the slope after checkpoint. It is steeper and harder, however, the reward will be the happiness and satisfaction when we get onto the viewing deck of Mt Yala.
Day 5: Bamei town - Tagong town ( 28km )
After breakfast, we will visit Huiyuan temple, and return to Bamei town for lunch.
We will ride 28km to Tagong town after lunch. Togong has spectacular scenery of grassland and Mt Yala, and an ancient temple standing still after all the vicissitudes. We will stay in Tagong town for the night.
Day 6: Tagong town - Tagong grassland - Kangding airport - Airport pass - Zhonggu village ( 76km )
Pedal all the way up to the highest airport on earth (4002m above sea level) alongside the Tagong grassland where we can see packs of yaks wonder around on both sides. After reaching the Airport Pass at the altitude of 4002m, we will go downhill to Zhonggu village and stay there for one night. There we can see Honghai Lake on the mountain on our way to Zhonggu, and enjoy a hot spring facing snow mountain, ease your body and mind.
Day 7: Zhonggu village - Mugecuo - Kangding ( 39km )
Ride 12km to Mugecuo scenic area and we will get onto tour bus to do some sightseeing in the area. We will leave in the afternoon, and get back on our bikes at the entrance heading for Kangding. All the way downhill and is quite relaxing. This cycling comes to an end when we reach the “junction” of Han and Tibetan cultures.
Day 8: Kangding - Chengdu ( 330km)
we will be transporting back to Chengdu from Kangding.
In the evening we will have a final group meal in Chengdu, eating Sichuan’s famous Hotpot dish in a traditional restaurant.
Day 9: Chengdu Departure
We will drop you off at Chengdu International Airport in good time to catch your flight.

Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together.
These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus.

We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert.
