โฉโฉWhy itโs important to join meetups?
โฉItโs in our DNA to connect with people. Letโs face it, we are social creatures and we need to be connected with one another. If you go back to our grandparents, they would be connected in a community (or village) and everyone would know each other.
โฉNowadays, we no longer live like this because there are big cities and we are continually moving fast, and disconnection has been widespread. This is why connection is important. We need to bring back connection.โฉ
โฉAs always, there will be us hosts to meet you and greet you. ๐โฉโฉโฉโฉIf you have any questions, feel free to inbox me me a direct message.โ๐ฝpeace Kind regards, Abraham

Easter Pilates in the Park
8 am | Saturday April 4th | Fawkner Park, South Yarra
Iโm hosting a Pilates session in Fawkner Park this Easter weekend and wanted to share in case anyone is looking to try something new or meet people locally.
Itโs a 45-minute full body Pilates-style workout, suitable for all levels, and weโll be going for an optional coffee nearby after.
Ticket is $25 (includes the session and a Easter goodie bag)
Iโm keeping it to a small, relaxed group so it feels welcoming and not intimidating!

Mario Kart Tournament
No plans this Good Friday?
Weโve been invited along to [DTโs Hotel](https://www.facebook.com/dtspub) for their Mario Kart Tournament, and thought itโd be fun to put together a group for anyone who doesnโt want to go alone ๐
A few of us will be there already, so you wonโt be the only one coming solo.
With the cost of living as crazy as it is, this is a great chance to connect with some new people completely free of charge.
Just show up, join our table, and youโre instantly part of the group - weโll help you feel settled and make introductions easy. Youโre also very welcome to bring friends along for the fun.
This isnโt one of our usual structured events - just a casual, low-pressure hangout as part of an existing games night.
Weโll be there from around 7pm onwards. If youโd like to show up early to get some practice in, practice laps start at 5pm - [check out all the details here](https://www.instagram.com/p/DWOPQvBiTG9/).

NuCalm - Brain Health
NuCalm is a patented, drug-free neuroscience technology designed to rapidly reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and aid recovery by shifting the body from a "fight-or-flight" state to a deeply relaxed parasympathetic state within minutes.
It uses neuroacoustic software, a biosignal processing disc, and light-blocking eye masks to guide brain waves from active beta states down to alpha/theta (relaxation/meditation) levels
NuCalm uses a patented, clinically proven pitch and frequency matrix with non-linear oscillating algorithms to safely present your brain with precise signals, prompting what is known as a frequency-following response. Your brain synchronizes with the incoming NuCalm signals helping you naturally and effortlessly manage your state of mind by speeding up or slowing down your brain wave frequencies.
NuCalm has mapped all of your brain wave frequency zones and created products to safely and predictably guide you to whatever mental state you desire.
The amazing thing is, NuCalm is all-natural and works every time you use it within minutes.
The best thing to do now is to watch the video on the website and download the NuCalm app.
All you need is a headset and eye mask. This app purchase is covered with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Get started today and FEEL the difference even 15 minutes can make.

Connected Westerville Night of Networking!
**Connected Westerville Night of Networking** *April Edition: The Introduction Economy*
You've been to the networking events. You've done the small talk. Collected the cards. Forgotten the names. And walked out feeling like you just wasted two hours of your life.
The problem isn't you. It's the format.
Most networking events put you in a room and tell you to figure it out. So everyone defaults to elevator pitches and business talk, and nothing real gets built.
Here's the truth about networking that most people miss: Your network isn't just who you know. It's who thinks of you when they're talking to someone else.
*That's* The Introduction Economy. And it only works when relationships are real.
There's a reason people who come once keep coming back. It starts with seven minutes that feel nothing like networking.
Then we open it up. Free networking. More conversations. More momentum.
This is a room full of corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, creatives, and career builders in the Westerville and Columbus area. The mix is the magic.
You might never do business with everyone you meet tonight. But someone in this room will think of *you.* **By name**. So, the next time someone needs exactly what you do, you get the recommendation.
**April 14th. RSVP now.**
**When:** Tuesday\, April 14th \| 6:15 PM \-\- 8:00 PM **Where:** Vineyard Community Center \| 6000 Cooper Rd\, Westerville\, OH 43081
