Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Let's start the skiing season on Sunday at **St. Anton am Arlberg** area in Austria where 8h of sunshine, 100 cm of snow, 75 lifts and 146 km of open slopes ([interactive map](https://www.skiarlberg.at/en/live-info/map-navigation)) are waiting for us. We will endeavor a "ski safari" weaving our way across quite a few imposing slopes and vistas stretching from St. Anton through Zürs. I am looking forward to an exciting skiing day! Our train departs from **Zürich HB at 06:40** and arrives to **St. Anton at 09:01**. Mind that if the SBB mobile app doesn’t offer you the full journey to St. Anton, try purchasing it on sbb.ch.
