The new location is held at Tai Seng. The address is as follows;Oxley bizhub 1, Blk 65 Ubi road 1 #04-27 S(408729)
[Directions](Drivers)
1) way one- Entering the building if you can find the ramp up, head to level 4.- Turn right once you exit- Follow the road (your car would across a bridge)- once across, head straight till the lift lobby- you should see a glass door to your left. Exit car & walk down the corridor till you find the "wooden door" (refer pic)
2) way 2- Entering building you head down basement- park & find blk 65 ( yellow colored)- head up either of the lifts- look for the wooden door (see pic), it is right in the middle of the corridor.
(BMW aka Bus Mrt Walk)1) Way one- take mrt to Tai Seng- find exit B- once you see the light of day, turn right & keep walking straight till you are at the traffic light- you should see OXLEY BIZHUB logo on the building diagonally across you. Walk towards it- Refer to below for the rest of the way
2) way 2- if you can only take buses these are the ones you can take to trinity @ paya lebar8, 22, 24, 28, 43, 58, 70m, 70, 76, 80, 158- the building is directly opposite trinity church (so no matter which side you alight. the building - OXYLEY BIZHUB, is opposite the church)- refer to further instructions below
(BMW - part 2)- Entering the grand building up the stairs. Walk straight towards the middle building & find the lift lobby- once you find the lift, ONLY in the middle building. Press level 4 (if there is numbers above 4, you have taken the wrong lift)- exiting the lift (of the middle building) it should take you up to the swimming pool & fitness gym.Turn right!- we are right in the middle of that building you see right in front of you. - find the glass door that leads you to a straight corridor- find the "wooden door" ( refer to pic)

Women's coffee meetup
Sometimes the best conversations happen over coffee. Join us for a relaxed morning meet-up with women who are looking to connect, chat, and meet others in a warm, easygoing space. Whether you’re new to the city, craving deeper conversations, hoping to expand your circle, or simply want to spend a slow morning with good company — you’re welcome here.
This isn’t a networking event or anything overly structured. Just thoughtful women, coffee, and conversation.
## What to expect
We’ll gather at Populous Coffee for a casual coffee morning with space to:
* Meet other like-minded women
* Have meaningful but light conversation
* Connect over shared interests, life experiences, work, creativity, books, womanhood, or whatever naturally comes up
* Enjoy a slower morning together
Come as you are — there’s no pressure to be extroverted or “good” at socializing. Many women come on their own. We'll have some conversation starter cards available :)

Hello & welcome! Some thing to note:
PRE-REQUISITE to joining our sessions:
1. Familiarity with competitive netball rules (eg. Obstruction, contact, held ball, stepping/ footwork, over a third etc)
1. Some level of fitness (continuous 10 min game time with short interval breaks) & basic netball skills (footwork/throwing/catching)

** game fee is $2/pax, unless otherwise stated. To be paid on site.
**no-show / any cancellations within 24h to game time, a fee of $2 shall be imposed. Thanks for your understanding.
** Please drop me a PERSONAL MESSAGE via MEETUP if it’s your first time attending a session. If appreciate if you could inform if you’ve played netball before (even if long time ago) & at which capacity / level.
*If you are NEW to the sport & can’t play by the rules, you may be politely disallowed to play onsite, if you still turn up. Beginners are encouraged to join other groups/ games which cater to beginners level.
**wet weather conditions: A Decision on whether the session is on will be made 1hr before game starts (ie. 5pm) so as to allow for travel time to KNC. Pls Look out for the comment by the Host on the Event page

**What’s Happening?**
**1\. The Knowledge Drop \(Start of Event\)** Before we get moving, join us at **Keppel Road** for an exclusive **short sharing session**. We’ll dive into why recovery is the "secret sauce" for performance—covering how it reduces inflammation and boosts your daily energy.
**2\. The 4KM Social Walk** Once we’re primed with knowledge, we’ll embark on a scenic 4KM walk from Keppel Road to Orchard Road. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with the community and enjoy the city vibes.
**3\. The Big Chill** We’ll wrap up the journey at **RE:VA @ TRIFECTA**, where you can experience the ultimate "cool down" with an ice bath session. Learn firsthand how cold immersion improves sleep and overall wellbeing.

Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
Sharon Woods HIKE
Hi ladies. Let's hike the edward thomas trail, lake trail , spring creek and a short walk on the multi purpose trail. This is one large loop . Wear your shoe of choice.
Meet in the Maple Grove Picnic area. 4.2 miles in length .
Sharon Woods HIKE
Hi ladies. Let's hike the Edward Thomas, Spring Creek, and a little multi-purpose trail - approximately 4 miles so please wear your shoe of choice.
Please bring a water bottle as needed and appropriate shoes. Meet in the Maple Grove Picnic area.
Hike High Banks - 9:30 AM START
Hike approx 4.0 miles at approx. 17 minute mile pace. Meet in front of the Nature Center.
Three Creeks Metro Park
We'll get in around 4 miles at Three Creeks Metro Parks, primarily natural trails. 17-18 minute miles, no one left behind, and faster walkers are free to lead out.
Optional lunch after!
If you're joining for hiking all the metro parks, this is the sixth one!
Walnut Woods
We'll hike four miles at Walnut Woods, which is generally a pretty easy hike - doing the Sweetgum Trail Loop and then out and back on the Monarch Loop to get us to 4 miles. Pace around 17-18 minute miles with no one left behind, and faster walkers can lead out ahead.
Optional lunch at Brewdog or Canal Winchester.

Join us for the first gathering of The Pause Collective — a supportive meetup for neurodivergent women navigating perimenopause, menopause, burnout, overwhelm, and life transitions.
This will be a relaxed, low-pressure coffee shop meetup focused on connection and conversation.
No need to prepare anything.

We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brought us here, and exploring what kind of community we’d like to create together.
