We use the LYTT platform to handle group size and balance - so you're not just hoping someone interesting shows up. The lights drop, the music pumps, and you're locked in with 47+ people split between Woodway treadmills and strength training benches. The workout is brutal by design: 25 minutes running, 25 minutes strength training, broken into 15-minute intervals. Different body focus each day. We'll meet at the studio, crush the workout together, then grab smoothies at the Fuel Bar. Post-Barry's conversations are real - you just survived something together. We develop resilience and the mindset to use these powerful healing tools over and over again, all year round. This gathering is fully guided by Wim Hof instructor Steve Beattie. If you are new to this, come on down, enjoy the support and practice in a safe way with us. If you already have a WHM practice this meetup is a great way to take it to the next level, and make lots of new friends. There will be a fire, snacks and drinks shared by other attendees. I am hoping to build a supportive community of successful women **from various backgrounds** dedicated to connection, growth, and hands-on service.👯‍♀️ We're partnering with The Shoebox Project to inspect and pack gift-filled shoeboxes for women impacted by homelessness in our city. These boxes are reminders to women that they are worthy, beautiful, seen, and heard. 🎁 Come meet your new support network, share your passion for giving back, and help us ensure every shoebox brings joy and dignity this December! 💃👸 🎯 What to Expect Alana (our contact) from Shoebox has over 200 boxes that need to be inspected, so the team will be helping her with that. Prior to beginning, she will explain what items they typically remove from the boxes and what are safe to stay in them! We will also go for coffee after the shift downstairs at Hale Coffee!

Join us for a friendly 5K run in Giovanni Caboto Park (75 Matthew Dr, Vaughan, ON L4L 9B4) at 11:45 am on Saturdays. 🌳👟 We’ll be running on the sidewalk, doing 5 easy loops to complete a total of 5 km. The whole session will take about 1 hour or less. All paces are welcome – you can run, jog, or do run/walk intervals. The goal is not speed, it’s showing up, moving your body, and feeling good.

Hogtown Hash House Harriers (HH3) is a Toronto social running and beer drinking group, with runs happening every other Saturday, plus one Thursday and one Friday per month. We start at different locations across the city, run as a group, and typically end at a local pub where we continue to socialize. Expect plenty of laughs, songs, quirky traditions, and a beer stop or two along the way. Walkers and non-beer drinkers are also welcome! HH3’s Saturday run is typically 5-8 km, with a shorter trail for walkers. Meet and greet is at 3pm to start run around 3:30pm. Date / Time: Saturday December 20 @ 3pm Start location: Burdock Brewery, 1184 Bloor St West Nearest TTC stop: Dufferin station, subway line 2 Cost: $10 for drinkers, $2 for non-drinkers, paid at start of trail. Note: Most of our regular members do not use Meetup, so you can expect to meet more people than those who RSVPd here.

We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based. Every week we get together and work technical skills and live pressure testing. \ Almost all of the instructors have been in everything from altercations in the real world to the ring and some still compete in the cage. \ If you want to take your skills up, improve your confidence, gain self defense skills, get in better shape, test yourself or just want to kill some time and possibly get hit a bit come on down. \ We will be located at 3923 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214 inside the whetstone rec center in the auditorium, upstairs in classroom B or outside in the grass between the playground and horseshoe area. our instructors are normally in a black and red art of fighting shirt \ if you can not find us call or text me at 6143570295 Saturday 1pm Wednesday 5:30pm From Age 16 and up. attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them. \ \ You must have a free leisure card for the rec center and must be registered for our class specifically .\ Wear workout clothing \ Bring a MOUTHPIECE! \ WE HAVE GLOVES. \ Hope to see you soon :-).\ We are run off of donations. \ let me know if you have any questions :)
