Mixed level ballet class
Mixed level ballet class suitable for people with good ballet foundations knowledge (improvers to intermediate)
Meet up, Warm up, and Get Moving to Get Fit :)
We will start the session with some light stretching exercises to warm us up, and help to prepare us for the run. The pace of the run will be steady, depending on who is running with us on the day.
Days when we have a large group we may break into multiple groups, each operating independently at their own pace.
Saturdays are good for intermediate runners, and is usually a 10km run, again at a steady pace.
If you're looking to get into running, come along on Tuesday or Thursday mornings and I will coach you, at your pace, to get you up to running (jogging) to 5km without stops. The only thing I will ask, if you're a beginner, is that you're able to walk for approx 30 minutes at a relaxed pace.
PLEASE NOTE: That, if you RSVP a particular event, then please ensure that you attend, as there may be other members relying on you for company on the run.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any run or activity that you participate in with the group will be at your own risk.
Usually we have a post run (after our cool down) coffee in the Dash container at the Hole in the Wall pub.

Thursday morning ramble in the Dublin Mountains.
Meeting at the CP at 09:40 and on the trail head at 09:45.
A very handy ramble to start the midwwek hikes into 2026. Distance will be approximately 16k. Hiking attire for winter hiking would be advisable. Bring a snack should u fancy a quick pitstop.
Scottish Country Dancing Dublin
**We dance *every* Thursday. We have a core group of 20+ dancers who attend each week, plus new attendees who join us most weeks. Please read the information below carefully before attending class and please browse our website for further information:**
Whether you're an experienced dancer or new to Scottish country dancing, this class is the perfect opportunity to dance, get fit, and have fun. Most weeks we dance to live music provided by our club accordion and fiddle players. All ages welcome, from teens to seniors.

Video Bible Course on Jesus
The ***Priest, Prophet, King* Study Program by Bishop Robert Barron** presents the Old Testament foreshadowing of each of Jesus’ three offices as priest, prophet and king and then describes how Jesus is the fulfillment of each as seen in the New Testament.
This short course will run over two Saturdays, Jan 17th and 24th from 11.15am to 2pm in the Central Catholic Library.

She is the model for the “Pole Anatomy” book by the Pole PT. Previously, she owned and managed a pole studio in Washington, DC. Currently Colleen regularly competes in pole dancing competitions at the professional level. She has performed at the Kennedy Center and with Snoop Dogg, but not at the same time. Her first book “Mobility for Pole” was published in the fall of 2022.

Energizing Walk for Busy People!
Join our weekly walking meetup to have fun, maintain a healthy lifestyle, meet new people, and enjoy the weather! We meet Saturdays at 10am, halfway between the Reston *Container Store* and *Not Your Average Joes* (by the metal benches), leaving no later than 10:05.
Every week, rain or shine, we start by walking along the Green Trail to reach Lake Anne Community Center. Once there, we pause for water/bio (often staying a few minutes extra from April-November, due to the local Farmer's Market), and then we circle Lake Anne and head back to our starting point. It's roughly 3-4 miles and takes about an hour and a half.
Afterwards, some members will often head to *Not Your Average Joes* or another local restaurant for a quick drink/meal before tackling the day.
This event is open to all ages and fitness levels. Dogs are welcome, and we recommend dressing for the weather (umbrella, water, snow shoes, hat, etc.) since we'll walk rain or shine. Also, feel free to bring a friend!

Join us this Saturday at 11 AM at the Fairfax Wegmans as we continue our Bible study and discussions.
Recently, we've been studying the "types" (patterns or pictures) of Jesus in the Old Testament in chronological order starting with creation. We will go all the way to David as a type of Jesus the King.
As anyone who's attended before knows, we have open discussions. Our goal is always to grow in our love, knowledge, and relationship with Jesus and to have fellowship.
We invite the presence of the Holy Spirit as we meet together and we've had some great conversations and revelations. Please join us as we continue our Bible study and prayers.

This is the sign you've been waiting for! Come write with us Sunday at 7:30 am at Kaldi's Social House in Arlington. Kaldi's opens at 7. Grab a coffee and join the group! We generally have 10 to 14 writers attend each week, and new folks are welcome to drop in anytime.
Intros start at 7:30 am. We will write for one hour. After writing, feel free to debrief, share thoughts or get advice. Our meetups are a safe space for writers to work on their craft. No one will read or critique your writing.
