Hello Easy Spinners. This event will be on Saturday **28/03/2026.** **What we will do together** **1.** Cycle from Luxembourg gare **(front of Police station)** to Remerschen Youth Hostel (about 32km). **2.** Have a meal at the Youth hostel **(warm dining area inside the Youth Hostel).** Those who wish to do a shorter ride can take the **bus** from Remerschen back to Lux gare. **3.** Cycle from Remerschen to Wasserbilling gare (about 36km). If we maintain an average speed of about 18km/hour and have a total stop time of 90 minutes (including 1 hour meal at the youth hostel), we can finish the ride in 5 hours. **Getting home from the finishing point (Wasserbillig gare)** There are trains from Wasserbillig to Luxembourg Gare every 30 minutes. Also, there are buses going from Wasserbillig to other directions. **What to bring** 1\. Your bike in tip top condition\. 2\. Energy snacks\. 3\. Lots of fluids to stay hydrated\. 4. **Packed food** for the meal at the Youth hostel. **ALTERNATIVELY,** you can **order food** at Remerschen Youth hostel, if we get there before 14:00h. They close the kitchen at 2pm. To **guarantee our access** to the hostel even if their dining area is booked for a private event, I called them, and they said that I should email them to book space for our cycling group. Which I did. So, fingers crossed. **Disclaimer** If you decide to participate in this event, you are responsible for your own property and health. This distance (68km) requires ***high exercise tolerance/endurance/fitness.*** The organizer will **NOT BE RESPONSIBLE** for damages to the property or the health (including cycling injuries) of the participants. Join us for a beautiful hike along Nat’Our Route 6, one of the premium trails of the NaturWanderPark Delux in the Luxembourg–Germany border region. This scenic route takes us through peaceful forests, rolling hills, and protected natural areas in the Our valley. A large part of the trail runs through a nature conservation area, offering quiet landscapes, diverse wildlife, and lovely viewpoints over the surrounding countryside. The route combines forest paths, natural trails, and open sections that make this hike both relaxing and rewarding. **Complex Trauma Support Group** Our group is intended for survivors of complex trauma. If you are here, it’s likely that so much of who you are and what you have experienced in this life is actually invisible to most people––to family, society, coworkers, and the people who are around you. We are a peer-led group of survivors creating opportunities for ourselves and others to share our experiences, share support, and build relationships in kind community together. Survivor experiences might include: child sexual abuse, incest, child trafficking, and other experiences of people living with traumatic dissociation and complex PTSD. **What to expect at your first meeting:** Currently, we are offering a bi-monthly in person group at 2:00pm on the first and third Sunday of the month. The only criterion for joining the group is that you are a survivor of trauma wishing to have more kindness in your own life and share kindness with others, and that you agree to practice to group’s relational agreements available for view here: https://www.kindgroups.com/agreements. Joining the group is free of charge. We ask that new people connect with us for 30 minutes on the phone or on zoom before coming to their first group, so that we can determine together that we are a good fit. Our meetings last approximately 90 minutes. Participants are never required to share. You’re also welcome to choose a pseudonym and you will never be asked for private information. You are welcome to leave at any time. The kindness that survivors can share when among others who have survived similar childhood experiences is something we rarely get to experience. Time spent with others who understand even a little bit more about us is a relief. Our hope is to help ourselves and others experience that we are not alone. **How does a TennisColumbus Season / League run?** The league advertises the season dates and builds a queue of committed players for the season. **Kickoff Day - March 26th** The start day of the season, players are sent a kickoff email that contains important information about the league, the link where your league standings and players contact information. We guarantee 6 playing partners at your playing level, but have been averaging closer to 15+ partners in most cities. The number of different levels we run is solely based upon the number of players enrolled for the league kickoff. Typically we are running a Skilled-3.0, Competitive-3.5 and Advanced-4.0 in most cities. **Your Task - "Flexible Scheduling"** After this kickoff email is sent, it is the **player's task to communicate with other players**. Players should work with their partners to find an agreeable time and location to play the match. While TennisColumbus doesn't mandate your playing schedule, it is recommended that players schedule at least one match per week. By request of the players, we started to allow players to play 1 rematch per season. The regular season is all about playing as much as you can. As of Feb. 10, 2026 we've had an amazing 2,017 players play more than [20 matches in a season](https://www.tenniscolumbus.com/info/MatchesInSeason). **Where to Play?** Play at your local free tennis courts, tennis parks, condo courts or tennis clubs. The league strongly suggests that players jointly try to pick a tennis court location convenient to both. We provide an extensive list of [tennis courts](https://www.tenniscolumbus.com/TennisCourts), including # of courts, lighting, hitting walls, etc. We strive to keep this list up-to-date. TennisColumbus sets up a must play dates to push players out on the courts. The final deadline is the date marking the end of the season, at which point players with 3-5 wins (Actually total is specified on the division page) will qualify for a post-season playoff to determine the league champion. **How to Play?** Players can use three mostly standard playing formats: 2 out of 3 sets, 2 sets with 10 point super tie-breaker or the 10-game pro set (First to 10, used when court time is limited). On Feb. 2018, we added Fast Tennis 4 game pro set format as a valid format. **Playoffs** Each season concludes with a playoffs where players with anywhere from 3 to 5 season wins qualifies for a single elimination tourney. The champion is awarded based upon the league [Prize Pool](https://www.tenniscolumbus.com/info/prize_pool3).
