On Friday 3rd April - we're hugely excited to be once again hosting one of our famous karaoke parties.** Yep that’s right, after a number of requests since our last Karaoke night in January, we'll be heading for another special evening of social drinks and great tunes 🍻 And for this latest Karaoke adventure, we'll be heading to perhaps London's most high-tech new karaoke venue - **BAM Karaoke in Victoria**. As always - we’ll be heading to a nearby pub, so that you can warm up your singing voice, get to know those you'll be singing with later on in the evening a little better and recruit your band. Social Backgammon Whether you’re a seasoned player or completely new, everyone’s welcome. Our Sunday afternoon offers a mix of friendly competition, laughter and the occasional lucky double six. About Our Backgammon Group Our group started in June 2015 and has now run more than 400 official meetups plus over 200 informal gatherings. With just over 2,000 members, we’re the largest backgammon group in the UK, and we're known for our warmth, humour and friendliness. We typically meet fortnightly on Sundays, with around twenty or so regulars along with new players each time. Everyone is welcome, whatever your level. Dinner, drinks and playing time We usually sit down for a relaxed group meal around 6pm, but you’re free to order whenever it suits you. Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.
