I train @ My Pace - with Jason
-Outdoor Functional Training for All Fitness Levels-
Join us as we combine healthy, balanced movement with fun, gamified ideas to give you our unique FUNctional training! And in case that doesnât really tell you what to expect, just think short intervals of exercise combined together in a playful and interactive way to help you strengthen your body in a sustainable way while allowing you to meet new people (and often even forget how hard youâre working out).
As a reminder for those nervous about their fitness level: Everything we do, we do with all fitness levels in mind; so the exercises are always adjustable to your level and youâre always strongly encouraged to take it at your own pace - I mean, weâre not called My Pace for nothing!
How to find us: We meet and train behind the calisthenics workout station on the Zirkuswiese of the Prater. Here a link to the location on Google maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/QdRPEaYTiavZbmVW7
Cost: In the interest of inclusivity, we've decided to make our sessions donations based here, so you're invited to pay what you can afford. If that actually makes you more uncomfortable and doesn't make it easier to come, know that we've received donations from âŹ2 to âŹ20 and they all made us very happy, because our primary goal is to get people moving and to show them it can be fun all in all. The money is secondary.
One other thing thatâs useful to know:
- In the case of bad weather, we do have a back-up location that will protect us from the rain. Should we need to move, we will change the location of this event here. Please feel free to check back here before any event where you suspect bad weather or, even better, simply get in touch with us! Weâre available via WhatsApp message or email.

Open Dialogue â Discovering Together in Vienna
We will meet in a calm and friendly place ( Parc, CafĂ©, Restaurant) to explore together some of Jiddu Krishnamurtiâs key questions about awareness, relationship, and freedom.
There will be no teaching, no authority â only open dialogue and attentive listening.
Everyone is welcome, whether you are familiar with Jiddu Krishnamurti or simply curious about life and self-understanding.
Weâll start with an open conversation around a theme such as âListening without judgmentâ or âCan thought bring clarity?â
Please bring openness, curiosity, and a readiness to listen â no books or notes needed.
The spirit is not to discuss âwhat should be,â but to observe together âwhat is.â
Run+B-fast
Hi Running fellows,
Whether youâre a walker, new to running, a semi-pro, a marathonist or a sprint star - if you want to start your weekend in an active way and enjoy the outdoors in lovely surroundings with a fun, international and multilingual group of people, you are welcome to join us!
Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast.
Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. Not feeling social? Tune out with your earbuds - we can talk over breakfast. We are casual. You can be too.
What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit GrĂŒnbergstraĂe). (Coordinates: 48.1858130, 16.3200640) From there, we walk to the side park entrance where the ârunningâ part begins. The important thing is that you run at your own pace. Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :)
We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. (Coordinates: 48.1858825, 16.3032647). From there, weâre off to breakfast!
Breakfast Details: Anker bakery opposite the U4 Hietzing station and depending on the weather, grab something for a picnic in Schönbrunn park, or hang out in the bakery. If you missed us earlier, you can always go there around 10:45.
We are a fun group of runners who donât take things too seriously. We meet, chat, RUN, stretch, chat, EAT and we hang out over a beer every now and then. It's that easy. Please join us for breakfast after the run! The more the merrier.
Typically we are 10-30 people, as not everyone who comes signs up on meetup.
Important disclaimer: Please only run as much as you feel you can, considering the temperature, weather conditions, your own fitness etc... run and walk at your own pace as the organizers do not assume any liability for any injuries or health issues. Sonia, Adrian, Ali, Paul and Liz
Badminton Saturday at Racketworld U3 KendlerstraĂe 11.00am-1.00pm
This event is part of our weekly event series
\-\-\-
Hey Badminton Enthusiasts!
This meet-up is for all levels: beginners, intermediates and experts. Everyone is welcome to join, test their skills and have some fun together!
The host will reserve courts in advance, that means please only register if you really plan to come (or cancel at least 24 hours before the event starts). The fee for this event is 12⏠(for the 2 hours). If you plan on paying in cash, please bring the exact amount as the host might not have any change available.
We are meeting at about 10.55 near the reception by the lounge area (next to the courts). Come a bit earlier so you have time to change into workout/sports clothes. The locker rooms are free to use, but you need to bring your own padlock - or you can also take your bag of clothes upstairs to the courts if you do not have a padlock. Also, bring clean indoor sports shoes, your racket and a water bottle with you.
If you do not have a racket, it is possible to rent rackets from the club, if necessary (3âŹ). Sometimes the host or other members have spare rackets - please ask in the comment section below!
If you are joining our events for the first time, WELCOME! Let the host know that you are new and they will find a place for you. Don't worry, we are an open and friendly group. We are sure you will develop connections with the people in our community in no time!
**Without further ado - let's play some badminton and have fun together**

Sunday TaiJi-QiGong at Stadtpark
Join the TaiJi-QiGong weekly practise! It is open for all levels and beginner friendly. :)
If you want to join please sign in/out as the class will only take place if enugh people join (min. 3, but there is additional another whattsapp group with more people joining)
The price is 13âŹ/ unit.
A few more words about this practise: it consists of bodywork - specific exercises designed to release tension and stress in your body. It also includes joint opening and the actual QiGong practise.
This QiGong you could call Yin-Jang QiGong, as it prepares you for TaiJi (Wu style).
This means it is designed to create balance in your body and movement, restructuring old unhealthy movement patterns and aligning your body.
Also central part of this practise (the most powerful one) is that it leads to inner silence, connecting you with your body and silencing your mind. In this silence many virtues as patience, respect, perseverence, discipline... arise/ are transmitted. It is especially beneficial to strngthen your ability to focus and for stress relief.
If you have any questions, want to join the whattsappgroup or want more informations feel free to text me or write an email: simone_tomasi@yahoo.com
The event will take place also with rainy weather!
Ecstatic Dance - Ecstatic Journey
**Family of Abundance**
Sonntag, 26.04.2026
Was danach passiert, entscheiden wir zusammen. Singen. Tanzen, ganz sanft, ganz akustisch.
Nah. Warm. Getragen.
Dann lassen wir gemeinsam ausklingen. Jeder bleibt solange er will â mit weiterem Essen, Musik und was sich aus der Entspanntheit heraus öffnet.
**Ablauf**

Frauen*kreis / Women* Circle
*english below*
**Sonntag\, 26\.04\. \| 13:30â15:30 Uhr**
\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*
**Sunday\, April 26 \| 13:30â15:30**
**Language:** English or German, depending on participants
â *We already have a small community and are happy to welcome new women\* through Meetup.* â
Join us on Sunday, 26.04., for a small and intimate women\* circle for sharing, connecting, and practicing body and breath exercises together.
This time, we will not focus on a specific topic, but rather share what is present within us: What challenges have we been facing lately, what feels difficult, what feels easy? How are we feeling right now?
Our women\* circles offer a supportive and mindful space to slow down, come into deeper connection, and share what is currently present within us â often in relation to a given theme.
We will begin together with a cup of tea and take time to arrive and warm up. During the two hours â with a short break in between â we will share our experiences, feelings, and challenges, as well as how we are dealing with them. In between, we will do guided body and breath exercises led by me.
Each circle is limited to a maximum of six women\*, so that everyone has enough space to speak, listen, and be heard.
Welcome are all people who identify with the term woman or FLINTA in any way, or who wish to do so.
**Important:** We will sit on the floor on a Japanese mat. There are some cushions available, but feel free to bring your own cushion and/or blanket if you would like to be more comfortable. If sitting on the floor is not comfortable for you, chairs and a sofa are also available.
Please try to arrive on time so that we can start and end together.
Feel free to message me privately if you have any questions.
