When you join Stäfa’s Art Workshop, you will hear: What I have learned in 21 years of working as a line drawing artist. I will guide, encourage you to try something new. You will draw on high walls or sit at a table. My cosy apartment transformed into an artstudio welcomes you. We are a small group of 4 people. What will happen: connection, listening, exploration, discovery, amazement, joy, appreciation, openness to challenges and feeling moved. Whether you are an interested artist or a beginner looking to improve your skills, this event is the perfect opportunity to enhance your understanding of the significance and impact of lines on your life. Please bring your own curiosity, an old shirt, some comfortable slippers, readiness to get your fingers dirty and have fun. It's no race, no competition, no judging of what you create or others create. Location: 5 minutes from the lake, near the bus stop Kehlhof, in the picturesque vine village of Stäfa, 10 Minutes from Rapperswil, 20 minutes by train from Zürich Stadelhofen. Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.

📜**EXPLORE the rich world of ILLUMINATED MANUSCRIPTS.** **Step into the world of medieval book art (1300–1500 AD).** These Christian books usually written in Latin with a Gothic lettering style, contained prayers, astrological signs, calendar of feast days and religious scenes. They are decorated with symbolic motifs showing mainly FLOWERS, ANIMALS and GROTESQUES or HYBRID CREATURES. ✒️**What we do** We’ll look at inspiring examples and **SYMBOLISM** of these treasures of the past. **I SHOW YOU HOW TO DRAW AND PAINT IN A MEDIEVAL STYLE**. You’ll create your own composition using **WATERCOLORS, GOTHIC LETTERING with INK and using GOLDEN LEAF.** 👑**What is included?** 3 hours learning with me and solving your doubts.
