To address these barriers to antenatal screening, **Delft Imaging**, in collaboration with **Radboudumc**, initiated the development of **BabyChecker**, an AI-enabled system that supports novice users in acquiring standardized ultrasound sweeps with a low-cost device and automatically identifying high-risk pregnancies. **Sofia Sappia** is researcher in AI for Medical Imaging at Radboudumc and one of the driving forces behind the Babychecker technology, she will tell us everything about her life saving application of AI. **3.Could an AI-powered app provide a new way to look at businesses?** Arnhem-based creative multi talent Sil van der Woerd (co-founder & creative director, [Studio Birthplace](https://www.studiobirthplace.com/ "https://www.studiobirthplace.com/")) pleads for *a revolution of kindness* with his work. His activistic short films and commercials for organisations like Woolmark and Greenpeace have reached audiences all over the world. Right now he is working on an AI powered app, *Reveal*, that could be a game changer in how we look at businesses worldwide. **4.How can AI turn a congested power grid into a flexible energy system?** Luc Nies (Principal Researcher Artificial Intelligence at Alliander) works at the forefront of the energy transition, where digitalisation is key to keeping the lights on. With the Dutch electricity grid under extreme pressure—long waiting times for new connections, growing risks of overload and blackouts—he explores how AI can help transform our 'old school powergrid' into a 'flexible energy system'. Code ships faster than ever before. The open question is whether architecture improves at the same pace. Developers have always made implicit architectural decisions. What has changed is the speed at which those decisions are made — and increasingly, delegated. When AI systems generate code based on incomplete context, assumptions are embedded into design choices as if they were intentional. These assumptions compound over time, often without visibility. This session explores how implicit architectural drift emerges in AI-assisted development, how cognitive biases amplify the problem, and how teams can retain architectural clarity and deliberate design while leveraging AI acceleration. He is currently interested in how agentic workflows are transforming the software development lifecycle. **Talk: Why AI changes everything and everything stays the same** The advent of AI code generation promises an army of “10x” developers, but this efficiency gain is a false promise if not paired with operational maturity. Building software is constrained by system-wide bottlenecks, making the ability to ship and maintain code and systems the ultimate competitive advantage. This efficiency triggers Jevons’ Paradox: cheaper code leads to a “Code Tsunami”—more code, not less work—escalating risk due to increased batch sizes, complexity and higher change failure rates. The true bottleneck is shifting from merely writing more code to ensuring its rapid, safe release in production. Technology, specifically AI, will not fix a broken engineering culture. To capitalize on the AI revolution, organizations must pivot investment from pure code generation to mastering release engineering and embedding operational discipline, such as proper testing, small batch sizes, and robust CD practices. We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based. The Fellowship of the Star Schema: Transforming OLTP Data for Power BI One does not simply build reports on OLTP data. Join us on an epic journey from the depths of raw, normalized tables to the shining halls of a well-modeled star schema fit for Power BI greatness. We will demystify the differences between OLTP and OLAP, walk through star schema vs snowflake (and why Power BI has a clear favorite), and show you the compression differences between normalized and columnar storage that will make you never look at an OLTP model the same way again. We will cover the different types of dimensions, when to use them, and how to handle Slowly Changing Dimensions without losing your mind. You will leave knowing exactly how to identify a bad model, how to convert OLTP data into a clean star schema, and how to forge relationships that rule them all.
