In this course, we explore together how we can be with each other in our differences. We learn how to communicate more effectively with our loved ones, colleagues and even with people who share opposite opinions.
* How can I feel understood, even when you see things differently?
* How can I connect with people who think, feel, or live differently from me?
* How to navigate conflict without losing myself or the other?
* How to meet diversity with curiosity instead of fear?
Before connecting with others, we get to know ourselves: Find out what is behind our triggers and judgments, identify our feelings and needs. This inner clarity strengthens our self empowerment and the ability to meet others on eye level instead of betraying ourself, giving up our wishes, or dominating the conversation. We learn to better understand each other in our differences and invite cooperation.
We explore movements beyond polarizing debates, while staying true to ourselves, so we can belong a bit more rather than merely fit in.
## We research how to:
* Listen more deeply to ourself and gain inner clarity about our needs and what really matters to us
* Realise when we need self care before connecting with others
* Find inner clarity when we’re triggered
* Stand honestly for our needs, express our wishes and invite cooperation
* Grow capacity in understanding other viewpoints
* See the beautiful messages behind our judgments and the judgments of others
* Be in conflict with care and connection
**Facilitation Style:**
During each session, we offer theoretical input, live demonstrations, group discussions, and two to three guided exercises.
We share insights and tips inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by [Yoram Mosenzon](https://www.connecting2life.net/trainer/yoram-mosenzon/) and Marshall Rosenberg. But foremost we invite you to find your own way. To develop your own communication style with your inner parts and your fellow humans.
Part of the sessions will be shaped by the wishes and interests of the group. We might offer themed evenings that dive deeper into specific areas of diversity where staying connected can be difficult (such as race, gender, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, mental health, illness and disability, diet, relationship styles, cultural background, political views, and our ways of relating to money and consumption,…) or explore more depth some conflict situation. You’re warmly invited to bring your personal situations so we can work with concrete, lived experiences.

Yoga Nidra helps to disengage from thoughts and emotions and release anxiety and anger. It can also improve sleep, release tension and reverse symptoms of trauma and exhaustion.

**Sound Healing**

Sound healing is a gentle and powerful way to reach places in the body that are otherwise impossible to get to. Tibetan singing bowls bring immediate relaxation to body and mind, helping to disengage from thoughts and come into the present moment. Sound healing can help release tension and reduce the hold of stress, pain, fatigue, fear and other difficult emotions. Singing bowl vibrations help to bring us to an optimal state for self- healing.
Everything is provided, just bring comfortable clothes. Suggested contribution is 30.= If cost is a barrier welcome to contribute as you can.

Let's go for a hike to Uetliberg on Monday. The weather should be sunny and warm in the afternoon.
**Meeting Point:**
* Zürich Triemli (the S-Bahn stop, not the tram stop!) at 14:00
**Route:**
* Triemli up to Uetliberg, then to Felsenegg and down to Adliswil (S-Bahn to Zurich HB available).
**Duration:**
* \~1:30 hour up

I invite you to a participatory Ayurvedic brunch — a warm and relaxed gathering where we will cook a simple, nourishing, and easy-to-digest meal together. We will prepare a kitchari, one of the most beloved dishes in Ayurveda, along with a few simple sides that are easy to recreate at home.
Throughout the morning, we will explore a softer and more balanced approach to detox: how to support the body’s natural cleansing processes without strict rules or extreme diets. Rather than restrictive cleanses, this experience is about finding balance while keeping the joy and comfort of food.

Prenatal Yoga with Nadya on Tuesdays
Dear ladies,
I want to invite you to **Prenatal Yoga** classes!
With this yoga program focused on safe postures, special physical exercises and breathing techniques — specially selected and adapted for pregnant women — you can relax and recharge your body.
And in addition to relieving pregnancy symptoms and improving posture, you can also use yoga to influence the position of the baby.
Vibratuning Sound Bath
New: At the start of the event, the group will determine whether it should be held in English or German.
Enjoy a rejuvenating Vibratuning sound experience at a location near Zurich Stadelhofen! While you relax on a mat, sound therapist Christine Grimm will enchant you with a gentle but profound sound landscape. You will experience a very deep state of relaxation with singing bowls and Biosonics tuning forks. If you like, your chakras (energy centers) can be activated with the body tuners and singing bowls. The focus of the sound bath is releasing blocked energy with percussion instruments. These wonderful vibrations transform blocks and harmonize your frequencies. You feel better grounded, more balanced, and attuned. Your powers of self-healing are activated and you sense an inner peace.

The evening opens with a ceremonial serving of cacao from Peru — a gentle yet powerful plant medicine known for its ability to awaken the heart and deepen presence. Guided with clarity and devotion, we enter a shared field of intention.
From stillness, we move into embodiment.
A meticulously crafted live ecstatic dance journey guides us through organic textures, ancestral echoes, and refined electronic soundscapes. The dance floor becomes a sanctuary — a space of liberated movement, personal truth, and collective resonance.
As the energy settles, we transition into integration.
Through the profound vibrational architecture of sound — including a live gong immersion — the nervous system recalibrates, the mind softens, and the experience integrates into coherence and stillness.
This ceremony is an exploration of depth and elegance, where ancient ritual meets contemporary artistry, and where celebration becomes devotion.

## Meet the Facilitators
**Martin Weishaupt** creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their inner balance.
Originally trained as an architect, his journey gradually shifted from designing outer spaces to exploring the inner landscape of the human being. Inspired by Zen practice, breathwork, and the transformative power of sound, Martin developed a minimalist approach based on one principle: less stimulation, more presence.
In his **Gong Flow sessions**, he creates immersive sound fields — often using a single freely vibrating meteorite gong — allowing the mind to settle and the nervous system to gently recalibrate.
The experience becomes a quiet invitation to pause, release tension, and reconnect with your own frequency.
Martin’s intention is simple: to create a space where each person can rediscover their natural state of resonance — what he calls **Flow Your Vibes**.
