Aber auch für Menschen, die schon Erfahrungen mitbringen, wird etwas dabei sein. Wir praktizieren L-Basing (bei der eine Person auf der Erde liegt und eine andere Person auf den Füßen oder Armen balanciert). Wir werden uns jede Woche mit einem neuen Flow beschäftigen, wobei unser Fokus vor allem auf sauberer Technik und Sicherheit liegt. I have some extra pickle ball paddles and balls if you don’t have one. Definitely bring your own paddle if you have one and bring some balls if you have them.
