**🧠 La práctica**
Sesión fluida y adaptada al grupo (Hatha o Hatha Vinyasa), combinando movimiento, respiración y atención plena. El ritmo se adapta al momento del día, integrando fuerza suave, estabilidad y fluidez.

Desarrollaremos la práctica de las posturas de Yoga combinándolas con la toma de consciencia y activación de los músculos del suelo pélvico: centro del movimiento.
Te detallo, brevemente, cuáles son los beneficios de las sesiones regulares:
La práctica guiada genera impulsos nerviosos y energéticos hacia la cabeza, estimulando los centros superiores del cerebro.

💫 VINYASA FLOW & YOGA NIDRA
In this 90-minute Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra session, you'll begin with a dynamic and fluid Vinyasa flow, designed to synchronize breath with movement. This phase will focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging mindfulness in each posture. The sequences will gradually transition from energizing to more grounding, preparing the body and mind for deep relaxation.
In the last 30minutes of the session I will guide you into a calming Yoga Nidra practice. Lying down in savasana, you’ll be led through a guided practice that invites deep rest, conscious relaxation, and inner awareness. This practice is designed to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and rejuvenate your entire being, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply relaxed.

Come join us for a really nice, slow evening to unwind, let go of stress, and just take a bit of time for yourself.
We’ll move through a gentle yin yoga practice, nothing intense, just long, supported stretches to help release tension and give your body a chance to soften.
We’ll also share some cacao, which is a lovely way to sit, slow down, and connect a little deeper with yourself. No pressure, no expectations… just space to be.
I’ll guide you through a short meditation and give you some time to journal if you feel like it — to clear your head, let go of anything that’s been sitting heavy, and create a bit more space inside.

This is really just about slowing everything down, taking a breath, and reconnecting with yourself for a couple of hours.

A little note about cacao:
Cacao isn’t for everyone. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, severe anxiety, or you’re on medication (especially antidepressants), it’s best to check with your doctor first or skip the cacao part. Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
