Evening we gather to practice the **Osho Dynamic Meditation.** This meditation is one of the most transformative practices that Osho offered to the world. In Ashram's all around the world it is the first sadhana practiced to start off the day.
As the name indicates it's an **active meditation** which consists of five stages. All different stages constitute **a perfect combination to balance our inner energy and to recover our vitality**. The practice includes **breathwork, emotional release, bio-energetic practice, mental training and dance flow.**
Metaphorically it is described as an exercise of unblocking the pipes, since **we allow stuck energy to flow again throughout our body**, brining back the totality within.

Por la tarde nos reunimos para practicar la **Meditación Dinámica de Osho**. Esta meditación es una de las prácticas más transformadoras que Osho ofreció al mundo. En los Ashram de todo el mundo es la primera sadhana que se practica para empezar el dia.
Como su nombre lo indica, se trata de una **meditación activa** que consta de cinco etapas. Todas ellas constituyen **una combinación perfecta para equilibrar nuestra energía interior y recuperar nuestra vitalidad**. La práctica incluye **trabajo de respiración, liberación emocional, práctica bioenergética, entrenamiento mental y flujo de danza**.
Metafóricamente se describe como un ejercicio de desbloqueo de las tuberías, ya que **permitimos que la energía estancada fluya de nuevo por nuestro cuerpo**, trayendo de vuelta la totalidad a nuestro interior.

Through conscious movement we can improve the relationship we have with our body, calm the mind and connect with deeper layers of our inner self. Working on this connection helps us become more compassionate, happy beings.
My classes are dynamic and suitable for all levels. Besides movement, we practice meditation, breathing and yoga philosophy.
Please bring your own mat. If you need to rent a mat, let me know in advance so I can bring it for you :)

Come and breathe and move together to start our day in gratitude!
Daily offering made up of a combination of sun salutations, asana, dance, chanting, massage & meditation by the sea. After practice there will be the option to do breathing exercises hand and hand together in the cold sea water. Or just dive in and feel invigorated! We gather every Saturday at 16h for our weekly collective meditation practice.
Our sessions are based on Rajadhiraja Yoga, a holistic system that integrates the classical eight-limbed (Ashtanga) yoga, Tantra, a structured series of meditation lessons, and a deep spiritual and social philosophy.
The meditations are held as part of the Meditation Steps project — a non-profit initiative that aims to make meditation and yoga accessible to everyone and inspire positive change in society.
Our facilitator Michael, has been practicing meditation for five years and guides sessions that blend dynamic and silent meditation. His approach combines movement, breath, and stillness to create a modern, grounding experience that helps people reconnect with clarity and calm.

“Ādhāra” (आधार) en sánscrito significa base, fundamento o aquello que sostiene. Representa el lugar desde el que todo comienza y aquello que nos da estabilidad para crecer.
Esta práctica nace como un espacio para volver a la esencia del yoga. Un lugar donde explorar la respiración, el movimiento consciente y los fundamentos de la práctica desde la calma, la escucha y la presencia.
No buscamos hacer las posturas más complejas, sino comprender el porqué de cada movimiento y cómo la práctica puede convertirse en una herramienta de autoconocimiento, más allá de la esterilla.
Será una práctica accesible para todos los niveles, en la que iremos construyendo una base sólida poco a poco. Exploraremos la alineación, la respiración y la filosofía del yoga de una forma sencilla y cercana, respetando el ritmo y el proceso de cada persona.
Te invito a venir, practicar y descubrir que el yoga va mucho más allá de las posturas: es una forma de volver al cuerpo, habitar el presente y cultivar una relación más consciente contigo mismo.

Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again.
Examples of painful experiences include:
* A broken relationship or divorce.
* Death or loss of a loved one.
* Death of a pet.
* A sudden shock or bad news.
* A betrayal.
* Being part of an abusive relationship.
* A bad injustice.
* Loss of a job, position or business.
