Te detallo, brevemente, cuáles son los beneficios de las sesiones regulares: La práctica guiada genera impulsos nerviosos y energéticos hacia la cabeza, estimulando los centros superiores del cerebro. Incrementa la circulación sanguínea en el área perineal y tonificarás los nervios pélvicos. Estimulando así los órganos de esta región. In this 90-minute Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra session, you'll begin with a dynamic and fluid Vinyasa flow, designed to synchronize breath with movement. In the last 30minutes of the session I will guide you into a calming Yoga Nidra practice. We’ll move through a gentle yin yoga practice, nothing intense, just long, supported stretches to help release tension and give your body a chance to soften. We’ll also share some cacao, which is a lovely way to sit, slow down, and connect a little deeper with yourself. No pressure, no expectations… just space to be. I’ll guide you through a short meditation and give you some time to journal if you feel like it — to clear your head, let go of anything that’s been sitting heavy, and create a bit more space inside. ✨ €25 What to bring: – A yoga mat – A journal + pen (if you have one) This is really just about slowing everything down, taking a breath, and reconnecting with yourself for a couple of hours. Swing by *Gresso's* for the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup** for some fun and games! The idea behind improv is to create entire scenes from scratch based on a suggestion from the audience. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and free!) weekly comedy event, brings the games (and occasionally different forms) for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
