Yoga Therapy: My Body Don't Bend That Way - Therapeutic Yoga
If your body don't bend that way and you want to join others in a gentle yoga class please join us on Fridays at 9:00am.

Candlelight Restorative YinYang Yoga
Gently flow to release the week's stresses, then deeply stretch with the yin and restorative yoga in an accepting, calm environment enhanced with candlelight and the aromatherapy of essential oils. Movement Columbia Saturday Boulder & Brews
**Description:**
Join us for a late morning of indoor bouldering at [Movement Columbia](https://movementgyms.com/columbia/) followed by an optional lunch at nearby restaurant [Jailbreak Brewing](https://jailbreakbrewing.com/). Plan is to boulder for about 2-3 hours and then make our way to the brewery.
If needed, you can arrive early to the gym for rental equipment (climbing shoes, chalk, etc.). If it's your first time to the gym, you'll need to sign a [waiver](https://movementgyms.com/waiver/) when you arrive, or you can do it ahead of time here. If you have any questions, please call the Movement Columbia gym's front desk. Thanks!

Enjoy 15 minutes of off-ice basics, 50 minutes learning to sweep and deliver stones, then play a couple of ends with your group.
Afterward, join us in the warm room for broomstacking (socializing) with your teammates and opponents.

COLUMBUS RECREATION CENTERS require membership fee to play. Register & Pay at the desk when you arrive. $5 day pass is available.
I have some extra pickle ball paddles and balls if you donât have one. Definitely bring your own paddle if you have one and bring some balls if you have them.
