Todos los lunes nos reunimos en el parque de Poblenou para meditar juntos. Empezamos con un breve momento para compartir: qué te ocupa esta semana o qué necesitas, antes de pasar a una meditación guiada adaptada a lo que el grupo aporta. Terminamos con preguntas y una charla abierta. Abierto a todos los niveles, no hace falta traer nada y es totalmente gratuito. Clases en ESP o ING segun necesidades 😊 Sobre tu guía: Fritz es un antiguo consultor medioambiental y ahora profesor certificado de mindfulness (acreditado por la Asociación Internacional de Profesores de Mindfulness (IMTA) y por el Programa de Certificación de Profesores de Meditación Mindfulness (MMCTP) de Jack Kornfield y Tara Brach). Fritz cuenta con más de 10 años de experiencia personal en meditación y ha practicado en diversas tradiciones de meditación Vipassana, habiendo participado en numerosos retiros de silencio en Europa, Estados Unidos y Nepal, así como en un retiro intensivo de 3 meses en el Centro de Meditación Panditarama de Lumbini, Nepal. Fritz es también un ávido triatleta, habiendo completado dos Ironman completos, una carrera de natación de 8 km y una carrera ciclista de 24 horas. Actualmente imparte clases de meditación de mindfulness en empresas, ofrece clases particulares y es entrenador de atletas en mindfulness y rendimiento mental. (english) Lacking concentration, overthinking a lot or overwhelmed by life and work too often, then this is a simple, low-pressure place to start. Every Monday we meet in the Poblenou parc to meditate together. We begin with a short check-in, what's coming up for you this week, or what you need, before moving into a guided meditation shaped around what the group brings. We close with questions and open conversation. Open to all levels, no need to bring anything and completely free of charge. Classes in ENG or SP according to needs 😊 **About your coach;** Fritz is a certified mindfulness teacher accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA) and Jack Kornfields and Tara Brach’ Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMCTP). Fritz has over 10 years of personal meditation experience and practiced in various Vipassana meditation traditions, having sat numerous silent retreats in Europe, the US and Nepal and an intensive 3-month retreat in Panditarama Meditation Center in Lumbini, Nepal. Outside of meditation, Fritz is a former environmental consultant and competitive endurance athlete; two Ironman finishers, an 8km open water swim, and a 24-hour cycling race. He now teaches mindfulness in startups, coaches athletes in mental performance, and guides personal 1-1 sessions.

Aiming to prevent injury by strengthening those weak muscles and stretching those problem areas. This will be hugely beneficial to our runners all of whom who should do some strength and conditioning work at least once a week. By coming along to class you get to do this under the instruction of an experienced coach and in the company of your friends from running intervals. • Where is it? - The class takes place in Park Ciutadella. Yoga by the sea are yoga sessions in front of the sea focused on moving from the mind to the body, connecting with the medicine of the breath and allowing it to flow freely throughout our body. The magic of moving with presence brings us a little closer to who really we are. This is a multilevel lesson of hatha vinyasa were we work asana, pranayama and meditation. This will be a special class. We will start explaining the energy of the full moon and reflect on it. **BCRG first Sunday of the month social ride** **What to Expect:** This is a monthly riding event that the organizers of BRCG created to socialize between the different groups and levels of the participants of this meetup. Every organizer shares the details of his ride below and you can attend signing up for the event and answering the name of the organizer you will go with. After the rides, all groups will meet for drinks. **Is This Ride for Me?** Before to sign up for a ride check the details of the route, elevation, km and speed level expected. While this ride is open to everyone, we ask that you are comfortable riding in groups, have a **road bike**, and **have done rides of similar distance and elevation** before. • What is it? - This class is for all levels from novice to advanced runners, where we will train you to run fast. • Where is it? - We meet at the Simon Bolivar statue in Parque De La Barceloneta. For 14 years I was a runner, taking part in road, hill, cross country, and track, in distances from 1 mile to marathon.
