⚽ **Técnicas fundamentales**
Para jugar bien al futevóley, hay varias técnicas básicas que se deben dominar:
• **Control con el pie**: Es la base del juego, permite recibir y dirigir el balón con precisión.
• **Toque de pecho**: Muy importante para amortiguar balones y preparar jugadas.
• **Cabeceo**: Clave tanto en defensa como en ataque, especialmente cerca de la red.
• **Control con muslo**: Ayuda a mantener el balón en juego en situaciones difíciles.
• **Remate** (ataque): Movimientos acrobáticos como la chilena o la bicicleta son característicos del deporte.
• **Colocación**: El segundo toque que prepara el ataque, requiere precisión y visión de juego.

• What is it? - This class is designed to strengthen the whole body with an emphasis on run specific conditioning. Aiming to prevent injury by strengthening those weak muscles and stretching those problem areas. This will be hugely beneficial to our runners all of whom who should do some strength and conditioning work at least once a week. By coming along to class you get to do this under the instruction of an experienced coach and in the company of your friends from running intervals.

• When is it? - Strength and conditioning classes take place on a Monday evening at 7.30pm (Ciutadella), Tuesday 18:30 (Glories), and Wednesday evening at 7 pm (Park Barceloneta).
• Who runs it? - The Monday class is lead by Anthony Bailey who has been a fitness trainer for 8 years. Anthony is an avid runner having participated in eight marathons and three ironman triathlons.
• How much is it? - €10 a class however you can buy an unlimited class pass which will give you access to all PB:Running and PB:Training classes for the calendar month for €40.
• Anything else? - Before you attend your very first class with me, you will be required to fill out a par-q which you can complete here.

We will meet by the Magic Fountain (Font Magica de Montjuic ([https://goo.gl/maps/RWPuTcn8htM2](https://goo.gl/maps/RWPuTcn8htM2))) - Plaça de Carles Buïgas at the end of the first stairs - just 2 minutes walking from placa Espana towards Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya.
We'll decide the route on the day.. or just follow Olivier... ;)
We'll meet at 7:30pm but we'll start running at 7:35pm. Please be on time.
Normally we do about 8-10kms in an hour during which we climb to the castle at the top of Montjuic. The accumulated elevation is about 300m depending on the route.
Note that this is *NOT* a beginner's run. It can be quite challenging. We recommend that you only join this run if, on a flat course, you can do 10km in 50mins or less or really like running up hill! If not it might be better to first start with one of the beach runs on Tuesday or Thursday.
Starting from October it is getting dark pretty early and not all the streets of the route have lights. If you have a headlamp please bring it with you but it is not mandotory.
Let´s do the entire route together and after the training we can go as usual for a fresh drink at a bar nearby
De vuelta en el Montjuic !
Quedamos en la Plaça de Carles Buïgas (donde está la Font Magica de Montjuic), exactamente aquí ([https://goo.gl/maps/RWPuTcn8htM2](https://goo.gl/maps/RWPuTcn8htM2)), al lado de la barandilla que está al final de las primeras escaleras. Si vienes desde plaça Espanya, son 2 minutos caminando en dirección al Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya.
Cada lunes hacemos un recorrido distinto por Montjuic que decidimos en el mismo día… o sencillamente seguimos a Olivier… ;)
Nos encontramos a las 7:30, y empezamos a correr a las 7:35.
Normalmente hacemos más o menos 8-10 km en una hora, subiendo hasta el castillo en la cima de Montjuic, con un desnivel positivo total de cerca de 300 metros.
Es un entrenamiento exigente aunque accesible si ya tienes algo de experiencia corriendo. No está hecho para debutante. Por favor apúntate solo si puedes correr 10km en 50 minutos mas o menos.
De octubre a mayo el recorrido es de noche por lo que es recomendable llevar frontal, aunque si no tienes, no hace falta.
Realizamos todo el recorrido juntos y después del entreno solemos ir a tomar algo a un bar cercano.

This is a monthly riding event that the organizers of BRCG created to socialize between the different groups and levels of the participants of this meetup.

**What to Expect:** This is a fairly flat group ride with just one key climb that is neither too long or too steep. The ride is designed to be done in approx 2.5 hours for fitter riders and sees us ride as a group before either heat or traffic are a factor.

**Description**
Between 30 and 45 km with two climbs of about 500 mt elevation, in 2 hrs. Slow pace, training level required suitable for riders that are not fast as the intermediate group but used to ride. Beginners are also welcome if they have already done a similar route. After the ride we stop for drinks.

Ride leaders will do their best to keep the group together, moving smoothly and safely at all times. We'll stop at red lights and obey traffic rules.
**There's no commercial interest behind this event;** it's just a bunch of people sharing a fun day out.

🌄 Ruta de tarde/noche – 2 cimas más altas del Montseny ⛰️

🌄 Desde HIKING BCN te proponemos una ruta de tarde-noche en el corazón del Montseny. Ascenderemos al **Turó de l’Home (1.712 m)** y **Les Agudes (1.705 m)**, dos cumbres emblemáticas con vistas de Pirineos al Mediterráneo. 🍃 Caminaremos entre bosques frescos, lejos del calor del día. A medida que subamos, el aire se vuelve más limpio y puede hacer fresco en altura, así que trae chaqueta ligera o paraviento.
🌅 Al atardecer, cruzaremos la cresta entre Les Agudes y el Turó, con una puesta de sol espectacular. 🔦 Y al caer la noche, encenderemos los frontales para descender entre árboles y estrellas 🌌
🤗 Si buscas desconectar, respirar aire puro y vivir algo diferente, en buena compañía… ¡esta es tu ruta!

**IMPORTANTE:**
🔔 Nivel de la ruta: INTERMEDIO. Para personas habituadas a hacer senderismo de almenos **600-700 m** de desnivel positivo o actividad física con frecuencia.
🔔 Todo participante se compromete a **estar en condiciones** de hacer las excursiones y a **comunicar cualquier dolencia o lesión** que pueda afectar al desarrollo óptimo de la actividad.
🔔 Las rutas pueden **sufrir cambios en función de las condiciones metereológicas** y/o estado del terreno.

* ⛽ Gastos de gasolina: Se estipula una aportación de **10€ por persona** en función del número de pasajeros, a pagar directamente al conductor de cada coche.
* 🕐 Tiempo estimado en coche: **1h 10 min** (solo ida, hasta el inicio de la ruta).
* 🤝 Coordinación de vehículos: Ayudamos en la organización para que todos los participantes tengan plaza en coches que salgan desde el Punto de Encuentro 1.

**✅ PASO 3**: Para garantizar tu plaza, haz un **bizum** en concepto de reserva al **teléfono +34 618 788 666 (SOLO BIZUM). Importes** de la reserva:
**A). Si vas con tu coche:** Bizum de **10€**
**B). Si necesitas plaza** en los coches desde **Fabra i Puig:** Bizum de **20€**
**✅ PASO 4**: **Envía el COMPROBANTE del Bizum** al mismo número.
El resto del pago (10 euros) se realizará justo antes de empezar la ruta.
**✅ PASO 5**: el día antes de la ruta, por la tarde, te añadiremos a un grupo de WhatsApp para últimos detalles y notificaciones previas.
**PUNTOS DE ENCUENTRO / MEETING POINTS**
**1️⃣ OPCIÓN 1**: quedamos en el **[VIVARI (enlace)](https://maps.app.goo.gl/4XTMW743WDgyhTjS7)** cerca de la estación de buses Fabra i Puig a las **16:15h**. Rogamos puntualidad para el check-in y para poder arrancar motores a las **16:30h**. En caso de retrasos, lamentablemente no podremos devolver el importe de la reserva.
**2️⃣ OPCIÓN 2:** Si prefieres ir directo, nos vemos en el **[Avet Blau Hostal Restaurant (enlace)](https://maps.app.goo.gl/AbEusxvWggGTx3xs6)** a las 17:45h. ¡A las 18:00h empezaremos la ruta des de allí!
* **Regreso**: estaremos de vuelta en la estación de Fabra i Puig sobre las **00.30h**, dependiendo de la situación de tráfico.
* **Cancelaciones**: se reembolsará el 50% de la reserva únicamente si nos avisas vía WhatsApp 7 días antes del inicio de la ruta.

Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together.
These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus.

We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert.
