MISfits - Monday Improv School
Barcelona's newest improv adventure starts now. Every week, Matt and Noah will host an evening of improv fun and games at Flaherty's in the Gothic Quarter.
The evening begins at 19:30 where participants will meet, sign in, and grab a beverage.
At 20:00, we will have a focused, 1-hour workshop set at an intermediate level to work on one aspect of improvisation (e.g. characters, cooperation, physicality).
We'll then have a short break for bathrooms, food, and/or beverages followed by an improv jam at 21:15. No experience is necessary to play in the jam and it's okay to just watch.

**What to Expect:** This is a challenging group ride designed for fit and experienced cyclists. We'll ride together as a group, either single-file or double-file depending on traffic conditions. This is an interval training ride, meaning we'll push above threshold on the ascents and take it easy on the descents and flat sections. While we wait a few minutes at key points, this is not a beginner ride. Please be prepared to be dropped if you can't keep up with the pace.
**Is This Ride for Me?** While this ride is open to everyone, we ask that you are comfortable riding in groups, have a road bike, and have done rides of similar distance and elevation before. We welcome all newcomers but everyone is expected to be self-sufficient, therefore please bring not only your bike but also sync the route, bring phone, cash and lights.
**Safety:** Ride leaders will do their best to keep the group together, moving smoothly and safely at all times. We'll stop at red lights and obey traffic rules. Ultimate safety starts and ends with everyone riding responsibly, and everyone will be responsible for their own safety. Let’s smash that "post-work" fatigue! We are back with our recurring Wednesday or Tuesday session by the **BRCG gravel crew**. This week, we’re meeting at **Arts** to optimize our route and squeeze every last drop of daylight out of the Tuscan-style golden hour over Barcelona. 🌅
We’ll be heading straight for the legendary Serralada de Marina. It’s the perfect playground to test your form, and enjoy the city lights as they start to flicker on below.
**The Mission Details:**
***⏰ When: **Every Wednesday @** 18:30 sharp**.
** *📍 Meet-up: hotel Arts*

*** 🚀 The Pace: *Intermediate. **Expect a steady, spirited tempo. We regroup at the top of the main climbs—no one gets left behind in the dark, but be ready to work!
*** 🏔 Route: **40km of gravel in Serralada
**What to Bring:**
** *🔦 LIGHTS (Non-Negotiable): **High-lumen*** *** 🛠 Essentials: **Helmet, hydration, and your standard flat kit (TPU/tubes/CO2).
** *🧥 Layers: **It gets chilly on the descent once the sun is gone. Bring a gilet or windbreaker.

Wednesday Morning Blasts

* **Time:** 06:30 (Now that mornings are getting lighter this sees us return for 9am latest)

**What to Expect:** This is a fairly flat group ride with just one key climb that is neither too long or too steep. The ride is designed to be done in approx 2.5 hours for fitter riders and sees us ride as a group before either heat or traffic are a factor.

Whilst we will wait at the top of climbs and other easier areas, this is not a beginner ride. Please be prepared to be dropped if you can't keep up with the pace.

Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
Three Creeks Metro Park
We'll get in around 4 miles at Three Creeks Metro Parks, primarily natural trails. 17-18 minute miles, no one left behind, and faster walkers are free to lead out.
Optional lunch after!
If you're joining for hiking all the metro parks, this is the sixth one!
Sharon Woods HIKE
Hi ladies. Let's hike the edward thomas trail, lake trail , spring creek and a short walk on the multi purpose trail. This is one large loop . Wear your shoe of choice.
Meet in the Maple Grove Picnic area. 4.2 miles in length .
Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi Ladies , Let's Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park .
We will meet at the nature center parking lot.
Hiking about 4 miles completing the blendon woods loop and the sugarbush trail .
Wear appropriate footwear and bring water for hydration .
Hike High Banks - 9:30 AM START
Hike approx 4.0 miles at approx. 17 minute mile pace. Meet in front of the Nature Center.
Bike Ride - Pickerington Ponds to Three Creeks
**Weather permitting**, we’ll take a casual ride from Pickerington Ponds (Glacier Knoll) to Three Creeks and back.
Distance is **18–25 miles**, depending on where we turn around and whether we add a side loop.
Pace is around **12 mph**, but this is a fun, no‑drop ride — we can slow down as needed.
