Join us on Saturday mornings for a self-awareness experience through dance — designed to help you feel free, confident, sensual, light, and fully alive. 💃🏽✨ Each module lasts 4 weeks and has a theme. Between modules, we take one Saturday off. We also often stay for lunch together at a café of our choice, because community is part of the experience. In the sessions, we usually explore: • Grounded hip movement and natural body isolation • Combinations focused on flow and expression • Musicality and rhythm connection • Confidence through dynamic footwork \- Latin dances\, Commercial\, heels\, belly dance • That radiant energy that comes from moving without holding back This class is open to **all levels**. At the moment, most students have no or little experience with dance. Whether you already dance or you simply want to feel your body again, this space is for you. You are invited to come and enjoy this social event. it's open to all age groups. As usual you will be able to meet friends and soon to be friends in a great bar for drinks and social conversation. Dress to impress - The Baily is premium establishment with a smart and neat dress code. Any thing less means you may be turned away by the door staff. It should be quite easy to find me/the organiser. There may be a second location for those that are dressed well and want to drink, chat and dance for the remainder of the night :) Attendees will be expected to purchase at least 1 drink alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Otherwise the bar management will have there bar full of non paying customers which is not good for their business. ---- If you would like to organise events let the organiser know.

This is one of our performance sessions. Microphones, PA, Speakers and lights on a stage setting. These sessions give members the opportunity to perform in public, so you can bring along your friends and family to see you perform. There are limited performance spaces so the first 20 performers will get a slot on the night. Please note this is only open to members that attend our weekly Meetup sessions on a regular enough basis. Each performer should have 2 songs and an additional back up just in case we are running ahead of time on the night. I suggest you update the comment field with your song list so others can avoid duplication. We booked the room in The Halfway House, Ashtown, Navan Road. Admission is €7.00 pay at the door (Revolut accepted) on the night. Finger food will be served. The venue is serviced by bus and the Maynooth train.

We at Freesalsa Ireland believe in growing the community, something our friend DJ Leo also believes in. ***Join us on a history-focused walking tour of Bray! This is a St. Patrick's Day special with lots of general history and a Paddy's Day story for the day that's in it!*** Hi everyone, my name is Marina Boyle and I'm a local tour guide excited to share Bray with you! On this guided walk I'll take you through the local stories of early Bray through to Victorian times and into the modern day. Did you know that Bray was once a popular honeymoon destination? Or indeed a smuggling hot spot, home to Turkish Baths, and the location of Ireland's oldest film studio? As I share these stories and more, there will also be plenty of time to chat and make connections. Whether you are local, new to the area, or wanting to learn and make friends at the same time, this tour is for you! We'll start at Bray Harbour, opposite the Harbour Bar. This is accessible by DART, bus or car. The tour will finish in a similar location and last approximately 1.5 hours. This is a tip based tour.
