Join me for a mindful walk through the beautiful Phoenix Park, a chance to slow down, reconnect, and explore what truly supports your well-being.
As we walk, Iâll weave in reflections and tools drawn from transformational coaching, touching on themes such as self-care, emotional balance, resilience, and presence.
Being in nature naturally opens space for insight and calm, it helps us remember what matters most. Weâll finish our walk with a coffee and light conversation, leaving time to integrate whatâs surfaced.

Sound healing, Meditation & Connection in Dublin 12

This immersive sound journey is a sacred space to pause, reflect, and consciously set intentions.
Small group sessions are held in my home Sanctuary in Dublin 12.

A Sound Journey is a deeply restorative experience designed to harmonize your energy, promote relaxation, and facilitate healing.
What to Expect in the Session:
Gentle Pranayama (Breathwork) â We begin with simple breathing exercises to open the energy channels (nadis) in the body, preparing you to receive the benefits of sound and Reiki. This helps calm the nervous system and cultivate a state of presence.
Guided Meditation with Sound & Vibrations â As you settle into relaxation, you will be guided through a meditation accompanied by the soothing tones of Tibetan bowls. Their vibrations help bring balance to your energy centers (chakras) and deepen your meditative state
Himalayan Bowl Healing â the sound healer will use Himalayan bowls near or on the body, allowing the vibrations and specific frequencies to work at a cellular level restoring balance to you fisical, emotional and mental levels
Closing Sound Bath â The session concludes with an immersive sound bath, where a combination of instrumentsâsuch as Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums ...âcreate a soothing soundscape, allowing your mind and body to fully integrate the healing experience.
By the end of the session we'll enjoy a cup of yogi tea, time to share, connect and integrate the practice.
No previous experience is needed, just bring your intention and I'll provide everything else

Free meditation and Yoga at Navan Library
You are all very welcome to join our new in-person meditation meeting, every Saturday at Navan library from 10:00 to 11:30 (Ukrainian) and from 12:00 to 13:30 (in English).
At the weekly meditation meetings, you will learn how to achieve a state of true meditation. We will also show you how to meditate at home and how to keep your subtle system in balance. You will be introduced to the practice of Sahaja Yoga and its benefits, followed by a guided meditation and a short video talk by Shri Mataji (the founder of Sahaja Yoga). In a relaxed atmosphere, you are welcome to clarify any questions and talk about your experience.

Classes are all FREE OF CHARGE. No prior appointment is necessary and no prior experience or knowledge of meditation is required for these classes. The techniques you learn are not based on physical exercises and can be done sitting on a chair or the floor. Wearing something comfortable will help you relax.

This Sunday morning session comprises a short sit and a Puja (Buddhist devotional ritual).
