Walk length 5miles/8km approx. Linear. A short walk exploring a section of the Regent's Canal from King's Cross to Paddington Basin. There are a number of features on this walk including Camden lock and a very classy pub stop at the end at Paddington Basin. Please note there may be some canal detours depending on any engineering work or building development. Free event. Join us for a relaxed sketching session from 2–4pm on Sundays followed by a warm drink and a chat in a nearby café. 😊 We usually meet at the V&A Museum or outside in a local park when the weather allows. This is a calm, informal, free meetup — you're welcome to draw at your own pace, chat a little, or just get into the flow. It’s open to all levels, from total beginners to experienced artists. 🖍️ Art materials: In museums/galleries, we can only use dry, non-messy materials: pens, biros, colour pencils, markers, and fine liners (no paint, pastel, or charcoal). In parks or outdoor spaces, feel free to bring paints, pastels, or whatever you like! Bring your own sketchbook and materials, and come just as you are. We’d love to draw with you. ✨✏️☕

Please arrive by 9.05am in front of platform 8 to facilitate the purchase of group train tickets to Tring. We shall take the 9.45am train that arrives in Tring at 10.24am. Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
